I am sad to see the poor rating for this company and suspect this was from start-up problems a long time ago. I had an order go astray, which was returned (unknown to me) to the depot. When I queried the non-delivery Toners2U could not have been more helpful. They immediately sent out a replacement order, gave me the tracking details and actually tracked it themselves to ensure it was correctly delivered. They bothered to telephone me and email me in the interim to explain what they were doing to expedite the order and could not have been more helpful and efficient. This level of customer service should be undertaken by other companies. They know how to make a customer feel valued. Bravo guys (particularly Peter) I salute you !
