I emailed company to find about bypass…

I emailed company to find about bypass procedure for my lexmark printer and received instant reply from Paul.
Paul was super helpful through the whole process he explained to me that if bypass procedure wont work not to order but luckily it did.
Ordered placed on Saturday and goods received on Tuesday super happy with this fast delivery.

Installation process was easy to follow and all instructions and Invoice was included with the toners.
Just saved nearly £170 on ridiculous cost of new toner cartridges.

I will definitely order again from this company. Great Job guys :)

Toner refill

Order was placed at 1pm yesterday for toner and chip. This morning I received the package within 5 mins of opening the package I had filled my empty cartridge fitted the chip and was back printing. Communication right from point of my order has been 1st class.
I have already placed an order for the remaining colours that i am about to run out of.
Need Toner then look no further.

First Class Company

I have used them several times now, delivery is always fast, product is always top quality..

On the one occasion I had a problem with the chip not fitting into the cartridge I phoned up and after much head scratching I finally realised I was putting the chip in upside down!

Throughout the Tech support was polite and trying to figure out what was wrong.

I do not envisage ever using another toner supplier for as long as TonerTopUp are operating..

Sent me a defective product, tried to refuse a refund and blamed me for his mistake

I ordered a refill for my Lexmark printer after seeing that it would cost half as much as buying new cartridges. They arrived soon enough and the packaging was okay however that's when it started to go down hill. First the instructions were very badly printed, somewhat ironic for a company that sells printer ink. Once I figured out how to refill the cartridge (from watching a guide from a different site) it was simply a matter of replacing the chip on the cartridge. Again the instructions were terrible but I found another set that explained the procedure.

Next I triple checked each of the steps and then put the refilled cartridge into the printer where it popped up with a message saying "black cartridge defective". After checking the instructions again I phoned the company where a pleasant sounding lady told me that she isn't the technical person and that the guy who was would be back on Friday (I rang on Monday). She suggested that it's usually the chip not making contact so I rechecked it and found it was fine. I also put the old chip back in and found that it suddenly worked fine again suggesting that the chip was the problem, in any case I was told I'd have to wait for Friday.

So on Friday I ring back up and get through to the technical guy who tells me to try the other cartridge I ordered, I do this very carefully wearing an antistatic wristband and following his instructions over the phone. This time I get the error message "magenta cartridge defective". So we figure out that the chips I've been sent don't work for my printer, suddenly I'm told there's nothing that he can do to fix it. So I politely ask for a refund and am flat out told that I took a risk ordering the product and he can't give me any kind of refund. Now at this point I'm pretty annoyed but calmly convince the guy that this is at least partly his fault for selling a defective product.

He tells me that the chips aren't working because my printer has updated itself and that it's my fault for allowing to printer to update itself (my printer has not updated itself by the way as it's not networked and still running the older firmware). After a long chat where he tells me about his problems with customers I finally get him to agree that it's not my fault, then he offers me £20 of my £110 order if I send the chips back to him.

I will obviously never use this website again but what has really annoyed me is the sheer arrogance and hostile attitude from the guy running the business. All I can say is to avoid a business like this one unless you want to waste your money.

This is great

Good service, good powder and sheap. Can it get better?
If you want to save money, and your not afraid to get dirty, this is a great chans to save some money AND our childrens future.
Same bottle as you payd a lot for will be used again whit your own "dirty"-work.
I have used them some times and there is NO problems at all.
If there is problems, it is at the UK mail service that needs to many days to get the work done.
