Blitzschneller und superfreundlicher Service

Ich habe kurz gedacht, ich hätte eine falsche Tintenpatrone bestellt. Ich konnte zwar keinen Link für eine Retoure auf der Tonoo-Website finden, aber meine Mail an info@ wurde sehr schnell und superfreundlich beantwortet. Letztlich war es auch die richtige Patrone.

Hände weg vom Anbieter. Die Bestellung kam 10 Tage lang nicht. Keine Reaktion auf Kontakt. Keine Rückzahlung. Keine Telefon Erreichbarkeit. Jetzt Versuch über Paypal.

negative Bewertung nicht erwünscht

unsere Bestellung von Original Toner konnte nicht geliefert werde und man wollte uns per Telefonkontakt auf "Kompatibel" umstellen, was wir nicht wollten und der Auftrag wurde von Tonoo storniert. Jetzt klagt die Firma Tonoo auf Unterlassung obwohl wir wahrheitsgemäß bewertet haben. Der Prozess läuft noch in Düsseldorf, ich halte alle Kollegen auf dem Laufenden.
