My first experience was extremely poor
My first experience was extremely poor. The place I went had bad signage and was closed. There was a phone number on the door that I called and said the voicemail was not set up yet. I was very frustrated and chatted with a robot on TGTG -was refunded and I should see my money back into my account within five days. The next day, I saw the same restaurant was available for the service! I gave the restaurant all one stars on the TGTG app. Do not use Shiro to go.

When I walked in the employee knew nothing about it. He said he was by himself and I had to wait for his coworker to come in because she probably knew. I walked around the gas station for 20 minutes until another employee came in. The other employee tried teaching the new one but he didn’t really seem like he wanted to learn. There’s not many places locally that know about it and everytime someone tries they get looked at weirdly and give an attitude . I will not be doing it again 😖.

I am sorry
I am sorry, I don’t think this is for me. I waited and watched how the food is packed and distributed. I ended up throwing everything away. It was a way of my money. That’s two different places I haven’t liked. I’m sorry the idea is good.

I have placed 2 orders so far, and each experience has been top-notch. I will definitely be ordering again. The app is simple to navigate, and I love that this program is helping to eliminate waste. I am hoping that more companies get on board.

An absolute scam
An absolute scam. I arrived and no food was there to collect. Why on earth would you have this kind of service if it doesn’t work in reality? Such a waste of time. An absolute shitshow.

USER FRIENDLY
The process was very smooth & easy to control every steps
Great value
Easy collection, a good selection/variety of sushi, and great value for money.
DONT TOUCH GAILS
I’ve had TGTO bags in the past and always been really pleased with the contents. What I got from Gail’s last night was a disgrace and couldn’t possibly be worth the £15 claimed. One very very stale baton that went straight in the bin and three indifferent cakes.Someone needs to find out what their branches are doing. I doubt the head office would sanction such appalling service.

Great deals
It feels good to save food from being wasted, and especially when it's super cheap to do so. Some places definitely have better deals than others. Once you find the ones that are best, you keep coming back. Give it a try!
