My order was fulfilled and delivered over the Christmas period a lot quicker than I expected. Well packaged and complete.
The product was as expected and at a good price. I will be using this company for tools again in the future

Don't bother asking for a vat invoice, you won't get one

Placed order 11/06/2025. 1 - 3 days delivery. Followed up on 16/06/2025 as no dispatch confirmation had been received. After two emails and a phone call I was informed that they would not have a delivery from Bosch for at least another 7 days. Cancelled the order and placed elsewhere for next day delivery.
Very misleading communications and poor service

Placed order on 25/11 with delivery in 1-3 working days. Rcvd confirm email but nothing since.
Called up on 29/11 to ask when my delivery is, and they said because one of the 4 items is out of stock until end of next week, they won't delver the rest until that is in stock.
Why did they not advise me the whole order would be delayed? No comms at all. I would have immediately removed that item.
Now had to cancel the order as I need the other items this weekend.
Poor customer experience.

Brilliant Service. Very good pricing and fantastic customer service. Had an issue with my order which was fixed no quibble the next day. I have no issues recommending them. Well done, pleasant change to find a trustworthy supplier. Impressed.

Got fed up with cheap Chinese strimmers that fail to start at every opportunity so decided to treat myself to a Stihl. Tool Brittania was far cheaper than anywhere else with free delivery. Ordered Sunday evening delivered Tuesday morning very happy. Would use again and would recommend.

Company is a joke. dont reply to emails take your money and then dont ship out your orders. Having to go via the credit card to get money back. Avoid dont waste your time with them

Clearly they are going in the right direction . Phone response I could not fault . Straight through with no switchboard . Staff were calm . They had the item I wanted at a good price . Where it falls apart a bit is integration after that . They could find a better carrier with text updating like DPD . Also force the buyer to give phone email etc . Email an invoice and don't print one then stick it to parcel like a junior school project! .. tools go to monkeys like me remember :) .. best way to finish this review without insulting anybody is to advise them to copy whatever Screwfix do .. would I use them again? . Yes I would . Toolbritannia . Rule Britannia!

Highly recommend! I had a slight issue with a tool I bought, and they really went out of their way to rectify it. Very nice people on the phone and they immediately sent out a driver to my place with a replacement part. Five-star service from Toolbritannia, so I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ordered a Stihl HLA65 cordless hedge trimmer on Monday, it was delivered the next day. Best price on line including delivery. Brilliant!!!

Ordered husqvarna chainsaw with additional 'free' items (oil, chain, file kit).
Didn't make the delivery time but no contact or courtesy call - I 'phoned up. Told order not available until following week and would only be partially fulfilled - waiting on supplies coming in at end of Jan....
Would have been nice to have been told at point of order. No compensation offered.
Pretty poor.

I ordered a Husqvarna 122HD60 24" hedge trimmer at £178.33 having seen the same one for £250 on the official UK Husqvarna. They were also cheaper than Amazon whom were looking for £205.47. I had never dealt with Toolbritannia before and so was a little hesitant but reviews seemed positive so decided to give them a punt. The shipping was free on this item and arrived the next day (nice and speedy). All was going well until I started up the hedge trimmer and the blades weren't moving? I phoned the company expecting the usual cross questioning and subtly veiled accusations regarding your inability to operate said hedge trimmer. However, I was pleasantly surprised, the chap not only apologized unreservedly but after asked a few sensible questions then said he had two options for me. They could either send out a new one immediately or, if I wanted I could spray the blades with WD40 and then leave it half an hour and try again gently increasing the revs. Their advice worked and the hedge trimmer blades unfastened themselves.

I was mostly impressed by genuinely how helpful they were and how quickly they resolved my problem. I give these guys a big thumbs up and will be using them again in the future.

Toolbritannia was the best price i could find for the disk cutter i bought and the delivery was very quick. Great website that i would use again.

I purchased on behalf of my nephew who is a joiner and he needed this in a hurry. Easily the best price, taking the free delivery into consideration. And considering delivery was free it was extremely quick, quicker than most expedited, expensive delivery services I have had. Faultless service!
