The product ordered (Butler's Bell)) was being sold at such a competitive price; far cheaper than anywhere else online. It arrived promptly days later. I only got around to installing the bell some months later when I realised one of the parts was damaged and so contacted customer service. A representative named Tom was exceptionally professional and friendly and went out of his way to contact the supplier and managed to organise for replacements to be delivered just in time for Christmas. Would undoubtedly recommend this company!
