The friendly and helpful staff deserve…
The friendly and helpful staff deserve all the stars in the world. We shop here over buying from larger chains and although I won’t say we’re regular customers, the service is spot on everytime we are here.
Also, great communication for my click and collect as although they could deliver it, I opted to collect to ensure I got the gift before Christmas. They kept me posted the entire time and gave me ample notice to arrange my pickup.

the advertised item was not available and the wrong item sent
i ordered a left hand tap that was listed on your site, when it turned up at the store it was a right hand tap. also the advertised time of delivery was late by a week.

UPDATE Toolmart reached out after this review/order and after a month of trying to locate the product with Australia Post have issued a refund.

One of these orders is showing as delivered to you on the Dec 16 but the other is showing a shipping exception with Australia Post.
