Hi Roya, we despatched your order on the same day you placed an order with us. We sent this in an express post satchel and this was showing as delivered 2 days later on the 30th November. Today was the first time you've informed us that there was a problem with your shipment and we've lodged an enquiry with Australia Post to try and track down your parcel right away.

Order a Abbott & Ashby AA362W8

Order a Abbott & Ashby AA362W8 - Grinder 8" with Linishing Attachment on the 20th of November, and still haven't received it a month later. Last time I'll be purchasing anything online with Toolmart. Hopeless

Thank you for your feedback. The initial delay on your order was because a 10-pack of sanding belts you ordered weren’t available so we instead substituted 4 x 3-packs of sanding belts on your order. We’re sorry it took us so long to learn about this problem and contact you.

Once we despatched your order it appears TNT took 12 days to get this shipment over to you, which is definitely longer than normal. I can see that you arranged delivery of this with TNT for today and that it was delivered to you this morning. I hope everything is all good with your grinder and you have a great Christmas.
