Item goes missing and they make me wait a week for a dpd missing item then advise they wont refund because I didnt complete a letter dpd sent, I didn't receive a letter as I didn't receive the parcel.

I had an extremely poor experience with Tools4Trade and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I purchased a Milwaukee 18V 11-piece tool kit plus an additional 5.0Ah battery, spending a large amount of money. When the delivery arrived, four major items were missing: the combi drill, impact driver, SDS hammer drill, and the extra battery — core tools from the kit, not minor accessories.

I raised this immediately and dealt with Ramesh from the customer service team, who repeatedly refused to help. Despite clear explanations and confirmation that the items were not in my possession, the response was simply to rely on internal warehouse CCTV and delivery photos of sealed boxes stacked together. None of this proves what was actually delivered to me.

No meaningful investigation into the delivery itself was carried out, and no fair resolution was offered. I was repeatedly told that because the tape was intact, nothing could be done — completely ignoring the fact that I am missing tools worth £800–£900.

For a company selling expensive professional tools, the after-sales support is abysmal. Once they have your money, you are left to deal with serious issues alone. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing.

If anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect support. I will not be using Tools4Trade again and would strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.

Really disappointing service, reported that that dpd failed to deliver, advised that they would resend using a different carrier (didn't happen), have a part delivery by dpd almost a week later, still awaiting the rest of the delivery, phoned up again following the part delivery enquiring where the rest of the order is, get advised its not been sent out yet!

Tools4Trade is a fantastic company to buy off its online store is really straight forward and easy to use, they keep you well indated with your order keeping you upto date with the process and even though it was during the Christmas period the delivery was really quick really impressed with this company & highly recommend them.

Fast delivery and product seems fine. Issue with misleading description on Dewalt Multitool which shows a battery description below "comes with" which is confusing and led me to believe it came with a battery. Nowhere did it say "body only". Customer service advisor was not interested.
