WARNING! WORST ONLINE ORDER EVER!
No products shipped, No money back, they refuse to answer your emails and letters.
Please do not waste your money here because Toolshack will keep them.
I have contacted a Consumer network called ECC-Net, but Toolshack won't even talk to them, as far as I know. I guess my money is gone forever?
This is an embarrassing and heartless company.
UPDATE!
The problem is now solved and my money has been refunded, at last.

We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience, however we have certainly never received a letter from you or any communication from an ECC-Net... We had an issue with our emails that we were not aware of for quite some time. We used to host our website on a .biz domain but changed to the .co.uk domain, however order confirmations were still being sent with the .biz email on them for customer queries. Although we had originally set our emails to automatically forward to the .co.uk address after speaking to a customer on the telephone, we were made aware of the error. I can only assume that this is the reason your emails were not answered and I can only apologize.
With regards to your order not being sent this is highly unlikely, depending on the item and how it would be shipped we don't always get delivery confirmations, particularly when sending goods abroad. In these cases we are unaware that a customer has not received their items until they contact us.
As I say I am not familiar with your order, however if you contact us with some more information about your order we will happily issue you a refund or rectify the issue.
