Truly awful. Excuse after excuse. He has given me the same excuses as a friend of mine who ordered from him. Promised my order would be sent out but nothing. No replies no tracking number. He’s taken down the Facebook page as they’re supposedly updating it 😂😂. Rubbish.
Edit: I’ve been told he’s posted it but got no tracking number for me !!? I’ve been told if it isn’t here by Friday he’ll refund my money and send item again. Only time he ever contacts you is when you leave a negative post. I’ve opened a PayPal claim now. I just want my money back.
Edit: no item has arrived today (18/2/2022) no tracking number,he has promised to refund me and send it again. Lost all faith in him now. Just excuses.
Edit: I’ve been told it’s being to be posted again this coming week with buildings and freebies. Highly unlikely but we’ll see.
Edit: Finally got my money back off eBay. Will not order again of this shambles of a company. If he’d have been open and honest I would accept that mistakes can be made. The excuses were ridiculous. Reading other reviews here he seems to be sat on a lot of people’s money who are without items.

Edit: I’ve had a refund as mentioned and also has some Riddler items delivered as a freebie.
Got there in the end, although I’ve not ended up with what I wanted.

Do not buy from this seller. Placed my order almost a month ago with next day delivery, and still haven't recieved it. Any attempt to contact the seller has been useless and I have been given excuse after excuse, recieved false promises and assurances, and still no update on my product's dispatch and arrival. This is essentially just a scam at this point.

Made two orders, but had to cancel one. They were initially fine with this, but couldn't give me a refund immediately, and promised to do so when they could. The other order was only partially delivered, but I was told this would be rectified.
I accepted this but over 6 months later I've not received a refund, and the other order was never fulfilled. I've tried to get in touch, but been completely ignored. Between the issues with both orders, I've lost approximately £80, and had to accept I'll never get what I paid for.
This company has wasted my time and effectively stolen my money. Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

Minutes after posting this review I got a response from the company asking me to get back in touch so they could resolve this issue. After trying to contact them several times over a few months they've not replied once. Truly pathetic company.

Great levels of communication and a great item

Everything I ordered from tth has arrived (yes the wait times were a pain). Communication wasn't the best but for a 1 man run company I will give credit where its due.
Sean is a good bloke who might have bitten off more than he can chew now and then but I definitely wish him luck for the future.

Wish I would have seen this site 3 months ago and could leave zero stars. What a joke of a company, ordered last September, it's now January and other than excuses (when they bother to respond) no product or ETA. DO NOT BUY from this "company".

Ordered over 6 months ago, wasnt informed that half my order was sitting in his posession, asked numerous times for tracking information and got no where, other half of order was delayed due to a suppliee change but will " be here soon". Again lack of communication after attempts through various means has left me no choice but to seek a refund and to leave this review.
Edit.-- after this review was posted, half my order arrived and Sean offered to sent compensation items... these along with half the original order still havent arrived, so for those keeping track, original order wait time 9 month, comp items 1 month wait time.
All i've had so far is a screenshot of my item leaving chicago on the 29th dec.
Edit 2.. so Sean told on the 19th that my cards would be out to me within a few days and a tracking order would be sent. Its now the2nd march.. and you guessed ...nothing. Been nothing but patient with this company but have lost any hope now, looking to get paypal to resolve
Edit 3. Paypal now contacted over missing items and will look elsewhere to get my cards updated.
Edit 4 still radio silence but surprised to find out he had time to donate items to a giveaway on instagram
Edit 5. - paypal refund approved, waiting on funds returning. Sean did message to say he was still going to send out cards and missing freebies.. time will tell

As some other posters - sure he's a nice guy, certainly has a load of excuses, but item ordered 24 October with assurance 'usually come in pretty quickly'. No sign and erratic responses, then radio silence. Trying to get refund through paypal. Steer clear.

The product received is excellent quality and will be very useful. It did take a long time to receive, but part of that can be chalked up to pandemic shipping and shortage problems. They did go out of their way to make sure I did get it though.

Still not received my order nearly 6 months later. Made multiple orders but received no communication outside of excuses. I have been more than patient but felt let down by lack of responses when using all available channels. I'm happy to update my review if I ever receive my orders but I don't see that happening.

Item still hasn't turned up and no communication from the seller

Stock was delayed, but when it did arrive it came fast, pristine and with a bonus gift as an apology.

Order never arrived. Took about two months after the order having been made to even be told it had despatched and only after chasing multiple times. Received different reasons each time as to the delay. Was eventually told it had been sent, but was ignored when I asked for a tracking number or proof of postage and item never arrived. Gave up and got my money back from PayPal.

Great customer service even when faced with serious supplier issues. Great prices, helpful and friendly.

Great supplier. Works hard to get orders even with the issues with supplier.

Poor service started out replying to emails but after three months and no item or refund, no longer any communication either. One to avoid.

Clear communication, always goes above and beyond the call of duty to help. Will always shop here again and again has a costumer for life here.

Terrible communication, ignores messages and after 3 months I still haven't received product that is readily available everywhere else. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Item never arrived, awful communication, refused to cancel order. Kept being told it was dispatched but could never provide tracking or postage details. Had to get my bank to step in to retrieve payment. I will never use again.

Dealing with Top-Hatted Hamster is a pleasure. The communication is excellent and they go above and beyond to make the experience right. I had an order that got delayed, from no fault of theirs but they didnt rest until they made it right.
I cannot recommend them enough!
