I just wanted to say, that there are still some great people out there. I would like to thank Mr Santiago for just hearing my concerns with a product that I did not purchase from Top 3D Shop but you do sell. "This is what you call true customer service" You just got a NEW CUSTOMER from Canada. Just an update, Canadians love our US neighbors, its the propaganda that the MSN is putting out there. The service I received from the chat agent working on my behalf is second to none . I gave him an idea of what I wanted and the gentleman was awesome in picking out and quoting my items based on my description of what I was liking for . After reading so many positive reviews, I reached out to Top 3D Shop and worked with Carlos to determine the right printer for my needs. Coming into the conversation a bit bias, Carlos laid out several options, reasons for his options, and then provided his personal insights. Carlos was extremely clear on the machine of choice options, capabilities, and lead time. Top 3D Shop is also flexible when it comes to payment which is great.

I would strongly recommend Top 3D Shop for anyone investigating 3D printers and any other product offering they have.

Spoke with Carlos Santiago Valladares over livechat! I had some concerns with purchasing 3d printers that cost way more then your average consumer grade printer. He gave me honest and open answers to my questions. For my price point the Modix Big 60 V4 ended up being a good choice with potential minor problems that can be fixed with tech support if needed. He didn't push the sale or try to up sell me and recommended just the right accessories for my business needs. Highly recommend them just based on their customer service especially in 2023. Next I need to talk to Carlos about getting some filament!
