So for just signing up for this i started receiving items FAST !
I didn't get much though but my boy friend sure did though lol
I got a full size clinique pink colored chubby stick for a nice lip &/or cheek tint.
A full sized bottle of womens dove body wash & yes it was the BIGGEST BOTTLE FOR PURCHACE YOU'D SEE ON THEIR SHELVES!
You know what that price tag comes with those too if you're a loyal dove customer so that totally took me by suprise.

After that my man got like 4 different deoderants 1 gel axe kind as well as 2 more from dove 1 gel, 1 original & then a dove body and deoderant dry application style he really liked that a whole lot and thats saying something bc hes prone to sweat easier due to his job being so physical non stop and an axe body spray !!!
Now theres all this stuff for women popping up i really hope they pick me so i can try something fun out.

Love, love this company. It's 100%legit they send you awesome products to try and review. I've recently received Estee Lauder Advanced Night Sculpt and Lift cream, Old Spice Jacked Frost Body Wash , Old Spice Sports Deodorant and Old Spice Gentlemen Exfoliating Body Scrub. I really believe this can make a huge impact whether someone wants to purchase a product or not.

The date of experience is an estimate but I reached out to their awful customer support about an item not arriving about a week ago. I have to complete a review by 8/20 yet no item is here to test which is why I reached out early. Their CS form says 24-48 hours they respond but they’re liars. Their support NEVER once has responded to me and this time is especially frustrating since they threaten to not allow you to test new items if you miss a review. It isn’t hard to respond to people doing the companies you work with a favor. I’ve noticed some brands normally on there switch to other product testing platforms recently and I’m not shocked about why. I bet communication on their end sucks too. I didn’t wanna leave this review because I love testing on there but if I’m gonna be banned anyway because you all can’t do your jobs I might as well let people know the issues they’ll face if they sign up for this site and an item is running late.

If I receive the items at all they are weeks later than the survey due date. The most recent one did not arrive, instead I got a bill for shipping of almost $9. No thanks.

I’ve heard many good reviews and opinions of Topbox Circle, so I joined last year. I started sending emails to Support asking them to update my points because I heard that they are updated as you submit surveys. All the replies I get back from them are automated replies . I simply don’t know what’s going on with this site. I continue to do their surveys whenever they become available in hopes to be able to get an opportunity to work with them.

They have poor customer service. Only answer back with an automated response.
