Scammer

Wish I could give a negative five stars.
They closed my account without any notification. Told me duplicate account, only when I asked. No evidence or any explanation. Lost $40.

Great site; Amazing support when required

I have been with TCB for a couple of years now and never had a negative experience. As with all CB sites - read the rules and terms. I've cashed out quite a bit over my time. I have also had amazing and timely responses from anyone I have had to contact via support.

Excellent Customer Service!

My experience with TCB Australia have improved tremendously in recent times. I am often on OzBargain and they have a customer service rep, username "Tightarse" on OzBargain. I had some issues with a merchant incorrectly declining some transactions. He has been very helpful and followed up over the last few months to ensure I received the payout correctly. I would highly recommend anyone to consider using Topcashback, some return for shopping online is always a bonus!

TopCashback can be a bit slow with Temu but it's a legitimate site and I got my money

TopCashback is a legitimate website and while some delays existed, this is the same for every cashback site out there.
Temu seems to have more issues than other cashbacks but I don't think this is a fault of TopCashback.
I had some delays getting my money but reaching out to the store representative from Ozbargain resolved the issue within 48 hours.

Excellent and responsive customer…

Excellent and responsive customer service. Better cashback rate than other companies overall. I've had a missed bonus cashback and the issue has been resolved in under 2 days over the weekend. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and experience.

Had an issue with a rejected cashback which took a while to investigate, which TA (our trusty TCB rep) took care of with timely follow ups. The communications provided assurance and am pleased with the overall outcome in spite of a reduced amount which was kindly offered by TA as there was no response from the merchant. Kudos and thanks again!

Helpful Customer Support Team

TopCashback has some of the better cashback rates around but be mindful that some transactions take a while to track / do not get tracked at all.
With that said, the Customer Support Team is responsive and always ready to help; the couple of claims that I raised recently were actioned swiftly and within estimated timeframe.

Legit and Amazing

I heard about this from a friend and thought i would give it a shot and it has been a great experience so far! Although i am waiting on the cashbacks to come through, i made an error with my account, and the support team have been super friendly and responsive and helpful. This world of cashback is super impressive!

was mid, now good.

They were a bit hit and miss before, but the promos/deals and service got a lot better after an Ozbargain rep "tightarse" joined the TopCashback.

Recently I made an order to make use of a boosted cashback offer which ends at 7pm.

My order was completed at 657pm with confirmation email at 658pm, but the store tracked it at 701pm to TCB, which meant I technically shouldn't qualify for the bonus cashback.

Reached out and Tightarse followed up. By the next morning the issue had already been resolved and I was sitting happy with the correct bonus cashback tracked on my account.

I like the simplicity of their compared to Shopback which makes you jump through so many hoops to get a miniscule discount

Their site and app needs more work, but TCB has definitely improved in the past year or two
