So far, my experience with Top Cashback has been excellent. As of now, it’s the best cashback platform in Australia, in my opinion. I don’t often write reviews, but I feel they deserve recognition for their hassle-free service, especially compared to the issues I’m currently facing with another cashback platform. I've been with TopCashback since its inception. There were teething problems in the first couple of years, but with the new hires it has since matured into a reliable and responsive outfit. Sometimes when a transaction fails to track for whatever reason, it's reassuring to have a dependable support team to help resolve the problem.

It takes MONTHS to get a cash back. Total waste of effort. Either provide a cash back or don't.

It was very easy to change my payout destination.

Their cashback rates are generally good. As with other cashaback companies I've used, there has been the occasional issue with tracking or with a lower amount than expected, but their support has been very quick, understanding and responsive, and they've always sorted it out.
