I have not received the product I ordered nor any confirmation of my order or payment. I have emailed to ask for product to be sent or a refund but no response.
I have still not received a refund but was sent an email suggesting that if I removed my negative review I could be "helped" to obtain a refund!!
I am going to refer this to Trading Standards.
