Absolutely appauling customer aervice. Took my money and then didnt speak to me again. Had to get refund through pay pal.

Payment was taken, however I received no order confirmation or tracking info regarding my order. After two weeks my item has still not arrived neither has any further information. I would like a full refund but do not expect to get one!

After two weeks nothing had arrived and there was no communication. However after leaving the above review my issue was resolved within the week, my item arrived and is just as described, very pleased.

I would never use this company again. I received a completely different item to what I ordered (which can happen) but everything that’s happened afterwards has been appalling.
Firstly I sent an email with a screen shot of what I ordered and a photo of the wrong item I’d received. After 5 days I’d not heard anything so I had to send it again. I then got a reply asking to confirm what the issue was and was it the wrong size…I’d clearly stated in my first email what the issue was!!! I was then told that I ordered a flip phone case and I got one!! After having to chase them numerous times they told me to return the item to get a refund. I also asked for postage to be refunded as this wasn’t my error which again I had to chase them for but they eventually agreed.
I sent my first email on the 08/07/21, I’ve been chasing them ever since. I posted the item back 1st class recorded on the 28/07/21 and I’m still waiting for a refund nearly 3 weeks later. I’ve sent 3 emails asking for an update on my refund and not had a single reply.
This company has no customer services whatsoever and from my experience, they are more interested in keeping your money than having a satisfied customer. I am now in the process of reporting them to the Ombudsman.

This cover for my Samsung tablet is easy to fit and use. I like the ease which it changes from portrait to landscape and back, which makes viewing videos simple. The only slight niggle is the grooves don't always hold the tablet securely, particularly in portrait mode. This is only a slight inconvenience to an otherwise good product.

I never received the item I got a empty unsealed envelope and I have contacted them and they said they would resend it which they haven't so I'm trying to get a refund now.

It never arrived and when I tried to talk to someone to find out what's happening with it I've received no reply.
Awful service would avoid if I was you.

Item ordered had to be refunded as another item was sent instead due to the original being out of stock. Refund received and phone case returned straight away.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No confirmation of order, then after 3 weeks only part of order received which was incorrect (screen saver didn’t fit) . I asked for it to be uplifted and a refund.
Still have not received a refund and the rest of order still not received.
Communication is non existent so I have now resorted to getting my credit card company to obtain my refund

Still haven't received parcel even thought they told me it had been sent out last week. Emailed to let them know but heard nothing! Also, there is no communication from these people to let you know that your order has been received / dispatched etc.

Sent wrong product colour, emailed asking if I can have the correct colour phone case I ordered and was ignored

Ordered a cable, was told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund, received nothing. I thought I was scammed, so sourced said cable elsewhere. And then they sent the cable to me, only some 3 months later, obviously now there is no need for it. Pointless

I ordered a navy blue leather cover for my Samsung tablet computer. Although my order arrived in a timely fashion, I was sent the black version with neither explanation or appology. I made contact by email to try to resolve this, but have not received a reply.

The phone case isn't cheap at £16.99 for just a flip case. It's very poor quality. The magnet on mine had fallen off when it arrived. The screen mirror app doesn't work, my Samsung phone advised not to install it. I did, but it doesn't work at all so have now uninstalled it. It's a nice colour though it looks more purple than blue. A nice flip case from Amazon would have been half the price. I had paid more to get screen mirror functionality.
