Poor quality and disappointing customer service
We are very, very disappointed with both the quality of the product we received and the service we experienced from this supplier. We ordered a large batch of tote bags from this supplier and honestly, the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. The products we received were nothing like what we approved:
The green color is different from the proof we signed off on.
The bags are made from a plastic-like material, even though we discussed cotton.
The logo is off-center, and the printing is already peeling off.
After raising our concerns and going back and forth via email (even sending samples back), the supplier still refused to offer a refund, saying the bags were "sufficient" — which they absolutely are not.
The supplier claimed they had suggested we order a sample first, but that never happened. We would have gladly done that if it had actually been offered.
After denying our refund request, they went on to offer a discount on a future order — an offer that feels inappropriate given the circumstances, as we have no intention of purchasing from them again after this experience.
Overall we’re extremely disappointed with how this was handled and can’t recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could attach pictures to showcase the poor quality but sadly the website doesn't offer to do so.
