The waking pad is great for indoor walks and especially when the weather paint great for outdoors. Seems to be sturdy, time will tell if it actually holds up.

The machine itself is a beast – sturdy, well-built, and the design is just beautiful. It's like having a piece of a real river in my home gym. I'm seriously impressed and can't recommend the TOPIOM V2 enough.

Rower's base is cracking and in seeking a replacement I was told they no longer ship to the UK. When I explained that the footplate was coming loose as the screws no longer gripped I was advised to glue it down. Moreover, on revisiting their site I checked out their customer reviews for their latest rower and they appear to have been copied and pasted using about six templates, posted each day! Take a look!

I was so excited to order this rower after some reading and excellent reviews about the product.
So I decided to order after Christmas. Placed an order and accidently chose the wrong delivery address (my mistake).
I sent an email, 2 minutes after ordering to support as well as a chat message (just in case), asking to correct it.
Heard nothing from the team, and when I heard back, the claim was, "it is too late".
Whatever I tried to ask to change the address (and there are 2 packages), faced with nothing but, contact the delivery company. Obviously the delivery did not accept my request to change the address, only the seller can change that...

Topiom T&Cs allow 24h to change your mind.
If you, Topiom, cannot support during holidays, don't open sales until you have support...
It wasn't my fault that I ordered between Christmas and New Year... What if I wanted to cancel the order during the first 24h?

Not fulfilling your own T&Cs is not that great, but ignoring my messages / emails sent within the first 24hrs and completely disregarding further asks and begs to change the address so I can collect my rower, was a complete shambles...

I really hope the product is as good as everyone is saying. My main hope is that I won't need to face Topiom's support based on this experience...

I wanted to order one of these, placed my order and paid...but unfortunately i received an e-mail (from a chinese guy) that due to "some matters over in their warehouse in Germany", they are not able to send the item and canceled the order #5850 immediately. Asking why, he answered that due to their "warehouse problem" they couldn't send to my address...whatever this means. So not really the best experience and i really doubt the seriousness of this company.

Beautiful solid product, and fantastic customer service. I had a couple of issues with the footrest and the seat, but the guys at Topiom have been super fast and super nice in solving them both. I have been using the rower for 9 months now, starting with 5 minutes three times a day, moving quickly to the 10-15 minutes and now I am using it for 30-45 minutes a time, four times a week. And I lost a stone (6Kg).

Created order 8/2 through Amazon. Rails arrived as promised via Amazon Prime option. This is the reason I chose this product. 3 Days later I had to contact seller to find out when the remaining packages would arrive, not wanting them to be stolen. It took a week for the seller to get tracking numbers for me.

This seller knows the package comes in parts and should've been well prepared to ship them out in a timely manner. I'm expected to get all parts in 3 weeks. I requested to be compensated and the seller suggested they can speed up a package already shipped. Very insulting, considering it suggest they had the option to ship it faster or could contact the shippers and say "could you hurry it up"

Going to update this if possible. Does not come with batteries and 2 different sets of rechargeable batteries do not fit. Battery cover will not fit back on computer. $500 + and can't include 4 AA batteries.

Excellent product and great service from Topiom all round. Very quick delivery after placing the order, all parts present and simple to construct. Machine works brilliantly and really makes exercising more fun than just running etc. Stores away securely when not being used. Looking forward to getting many years of enjoyment from it... Thanks Topiom !!

Great product with great customer service. One of footplates was slipping and they sent me another part quickly to sort it. Highly recommend. Cheaper than buying health insurance (overall).

This is great sweating equipment!! My dog loves it to for the calming sound of floating water 🙂

I love my rowing machine! It is perfect for a full body workout and cardio!! And a great way to do a great full body workout when you are short on time.

After a lot of research into buying a water rower I came across Topiom and their product + reviews looked great. I'm glad that I made the decision to purchase one of their rowers.
I've owned it now for about a year and it's been so easy to use and very good build quality. There was a slight issue with the seat which tore (I put this down to my usage as I use it pretty much every day), Topiom's Customer Service were very helpful and agreed to replace free of charge.
Can't recommend Topiom enough.

I bought a Topiom rower during lockdown, it's a study piece of kit in general, and I've used it hard.

I had a minor issue with some plastics failing and customer services bent over backwards to help and support me with spares and priority delivery, they even gave me a discount on an upgraded monitor. This is a brand who are keen to provide great after sales service.

I had a problem with my electronic pump not working. I contacted Topiom and Josie immediately sorted out a replacement for me. No quibble. I've contacted Topiom in the past over a couple of minor issues and Josie couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent customer service all round and the Topiom rower is superb. I absolutely love these piece of kit. Excellent quality and so stylish. I cannot fault Topiom and I highly recommend them.

We saw this rowing machine when we visited a friend's house and it caught our eyes right away. It stood up against the wall like a piece of art...the rest is history. We cannot find this in Amazon and so approached the brand directly. They won't ship to Isle of Man, and so we paid extra shipment to arrange a carrier to transport over. Our order finally came in but the accessories and the wooden panels were in different colors, and the wooden panel has a crack. Informed the customer service team (Josie), another new set of machine was immediately depatched all the way to Isle of Man! We are very impressed with the outstanding customer service. The machine itself is a joy to use, easy to assemble and not taking up space. Our elder son hates jogging but he could not stop using this machine and so it is has now become our family's favorite!

Ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday by two deliveries. Not sure why they use two different delivery companies but hey ho. Came within a few hours of each other. Went together really nicely and is a lovely thing to behold. Important as we keep ours in the kitchen. Much quieter in use than we expected, we had air rowers before and they are noisy. Only been a few days but really impressed. Needed to get in touch with customer service. Maxxie has been excellent. 5 stars all round so far!

Topiom’s customer service is exceptional. We purchased a Topiom water tower in March 2021 and in early 2022 the paddle stopped turning properly. I reached out to Topiom who asked me to send a video and within a day they’d diagnosed the problem and issued a replacement part together with a video explaining how to replace it.

The rower itself is a great piece of equipment and very easy to assemble. Knowing that Topiom have a team ready and willing to help if you have any issues is very reassuring

I'm very pleased with my Topiom rowing machine. Very easy to assemble. Quiet and almost relaxing noise while rowing. 'm already addicted to it. Trying to row 5km a day. I could only ask for bigger screen on monitor but that's not a big issue. Thank you guys!

The machine is well built and very pleasant to use. Minor complaint about the squeaky noise the bench makes. Other than that, wonderfull.
