The product was received and was a handbag. Within 2 weeks the zipper broke. Poor quality.
PLUS they automatically sign you up to a recurring monthly subscription of USD$54.99.
The website has no password reset. The "terms and conditions" which they claim you agreed to are not emailed to you. No emails for the monthly fraudulent subscription are emailed to you so it's hard to spot the issue within the 7 day free trial window.
AVOID.

This all is a big rip off,sick of asking it all to stop every month $$$ taken out for nothing nearly a year ago stop you thevies

Avoid at all costs … it’s like all these dress sellers have the same “template” ..Buy something which does not fit and they refuse refunds. Quoted in $AU and billed in US$. Takes 2 months to deliver.
Login to a website which has nothing to do with the item … toplownow website has a car sales front based in the UK …. Meant to confuse you into thinking it’s the wrong site. Same as Plugscream.com … is a gaming site. So you don’t logon and enquire some more … in the meantime they have stolen $US49.99 per month for a subscription you haven’t signed up for …

I thought I was purchasing from a Melbourne company discount sandals as closing down I then received an email from toplownow with order attached in $US and an account with them username and a password No other information I elected not to follow link to account as thought scam To my horror found charged an automatic monthly subscription also in USD77 emailed then and used their chat line to cancel They would not oblige said I should have opted out by logging into account they created for me Scammers costly exercise beware I do not see any terms and conditions until after paid for goods

You will be enticed by an instagram ad for a dress from a company supposedly based in Wellington. You will find your purchase is from toplownow.com and you are now paying in $US. If you don’t log into their site you will be unaware that you need to cancel a $80 monthly subscription. Beware!
