Awful company

Awful company, awful service. Ordered product from this business online.. After two weeks of me near daily calling for information and not a single communication from them to me they informed me that they never had the stock, and were lying to me when they told me multiple times that it was being shipped "today". Now awaiting a refund. Stay away.

We are sorry for your disappointment with this. Unfortunately, our systems stocks were out. Our call centre staff had been advised stock was being retrieved from our off-site holding-warehouse in order to be shipped that same day but upon searching, the stock was not able to be located.

Using the online ordering system is easy

Using the online ordering system was fast and easy, the product arrived in great condition and was a quality product. The only negative comment I would make is with the courier company that was used as I tracked the product which took 4 working days (there was also a weekend in between these days) to leave from the depot in Hamilton to get to our premises in Te Kauwhata which is only 30 minutes away. I only say this as an hour after I ordered this product I also ordered a product from Thailand that arrived the same day!

Average service

Ordered one of products,got a tracking number that wouldn't update. Waited a week then made contact by email which I still haven't had a reply. Item turned up 3 days later. Pretty average.

My only quibble has nothing to do with…

My only quibble has nothing to do with the machine. It gets five stars. But I did not expect it to take seven days to get to me. TopmaQ did well, but the transport companies did not, hence the loss of a star.

This product surprised me

This product surprised me in its performance and build quality. It is extremely well made and performs flawlessly. The battery life is excellent, even after using the same battery pack on my drill and impact driver before using it on the nail gun. Full marks for this product. PS. I have been most impressed with the entire range of Nordic tools.
