Will NEVER buy from TOPMAQ again!!!
Bought lots from these guys in the past at their Hamilton store & great place to buy until you have to return an unused & undamaged item within a couple of days in original packaging with an original receipt.
Bought a pallet jack which looked great in store... Came home & noticed some very poor bird sh..t welds on the undercarriage which looked like an 8 year old had done this and i took some pics.
Took back to the store and NO full refund was offered. They charged me a 10% restocking fee which i have never heard off in my life.
The manager said he could get away with this.
Totally agree but NO chance of any repeat business obviously and extremely poor business practice.
I will tell everyone i know what i think of these clowns & will post the experience & photos on facebook as well. NEVER BUY AT TOPMAQ!!!!

Exchanged a 700mm to a 400mm prior to…

Exchanged a 700mm to a 400mm prior to receiving any shipment. TopmaQ decided to keep the difference in payments. Although only approx $4.00 after all said and done, the fact that they would not refund the difference even after questioning them says an awful lot about their business. me: 14/05/21: me: "There was no paperwork in the box and am just wondering if we may get an invoice and also wondering about the
difference in the cost between the original order and this smaller set?"
18/05/21 me: "There should be the credit amount difference between the cost of the 400mm and the 700mm..." 24/05/21 me: "What about the sales price difference between the 700mm and the 400mm?" 24/05/21: Topmaq: "Our auckland manager has confirmed the original invoice where you purchased the 700mm was credited and edited to be 400mm as per you guys’s request" ref: Topmaq Invoice# 783681 Trademe Ref: P198673639

Great product

Great product. Nice and light and easy to use. Topmaq were super fast to ship the weed eater. First purchase from Topmaq and will be buying again. Thanks heaps.

Very pleased indeed!

The new trailer cover is a great fit, nice heavy fabric, water tight and very smart, I hope it lasts well, but first impressions are very good.
