Avoid this company at all cost !!!!!!

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I called them and asked if they could pick my stuff up on Saturday in Taylor TX and delivery it by Sunday or Monday (Aug 25) to Blue Springs MO and they promised me they could. After talking about what I had to haul they said it would be $3500. I told them that I couldnt afford that and they reduced it to $3000 if I would put a deposit down right now. This was two weeks before I needed them there
Later I got a call from the owner, Lucas, he went over my list of things to haul and adjusted my estimate to $3500 saying I had more than I had previously told them. I just answered their questions on what I did or did not have to move and my estimated number of boxes. He said it was in the contract (which I have requested several times and never received a copy) that they can change the price if I have not told them everything I have to move. Sounded pretty sketchy but I went with it. This person was extremely rude to me and said things that should have alerted me to the fact he was not really a professional businessperson but a scammer.
On the day before they were supposed to show up a got a text message saying they would be there tomorrow (Sat Aug 23) between 10 and 2. They never showed up or called.
The following day I got a call saying they would be there in 30 minutes (which would be around 8:30am) They did not show up until 6:00 pm! I kept calling trying to find out what was going on, but I would get run around answers.
Now the movers finally showed up and the price to move jumped to over $10,000. I was in a terrible bind as I had to move that weekend and get back to MO. for work. So unfortunately, I went with it.
The guys would only take cash (this is Sunday night after 6:00 remember) and they had just increased my cost my $4000 and wanted cash. We tried to Venmo them the money but Venmo had them blocked (imagine that). Finally my sister was able to go to WalMart and get 4 $1000 money orders to cover the cost. He also informed me that it would be another $3500 when they delivered it to MO. This made my move over $10,000. If I had known this was the cost I would have done it myself with some strong college boys and a U-haul.
As they were packing up the truck I would have to remind them that we needed to keep working as it was getting very late. Then one of the movers picked up a storage cabinet I had and turned it upside down which caused blue ink to spill all over the carpet. He carried it outside like this so it left a blue trail from the bedroom to the front door. Even though we tried everything (after they left) to remove the ink, it would not come out costing me my $1000 deposit.
So finally the movers pack everything up and leave. I tell them bye and I would see them in MO in two days. WRONG!!!!
My furniture was not delivered to me in MO until Sept 16!!. I could not get the company to ever tell me why they held my furniture hostage or were they stealing my stuff? I don't know. They would never give me a clear answer just that they had up to 30 business days to deliver my stuff per their contract (they one they would never send me a copy of). In the contract, from what I could remember it said they had 30 days in case of emergencies. So far there had been no snowstorms, floods or hurricanes to be considered an emergency so I don't know why they held on to it for so long. Meanwhile I paid rent, electricity, internet, trash etc for two months on a home I could not move into because I had no furniture.
When they finally decided to return my furniture, they did not even bother to call me and let me know. The driver called me at work around noon, and said he would be there between 4:30 and 6. He showed up at 7:00. I still have not had a call from the company. When the truck arrived I had to pay the additional $3500 to get my stuff. So all together my move cost me almost $10,000 plus the loss of my deposit, plus all the expenses I had to pay for a house I could not live in. I asked the driver where he picked up my stuff and he said around Dallas. Why did they take my stuff only halfway and leave it somewhere? Who knows where?
So this "professional" company underestimated the cost of my move just to get me to sign up knowing that once they had me I would be in a bind and have to pay the extra. These people say they are professionals, but they can't get an estimate on a move even close to true cost. My original estimate was over $7000 off.
If they were going to take 30 days why did they tell me they could do it in 2. If I had known it would take 30 days I would have planned differently and not have spent money on a place I couldn't live in. I also would not have been so angry.
So if you don't want to spend 3 to 4 times what your estimate was and wait 30 days or so to get your items with little or no communication on what is going on with your entire life worth of stuff then don't ever ever ever hire this company.

Avoid Top Moving Solutions

Avoid Top Moving Solutions, LLC at All Costs

Our experience with Top Moving Solutions, LLC was extremely disappointing and frustrating. This company operates as a third-party logistics (3PL) broker, not a direct moving service. They initially offered us a discount, claiming they would "partial" our load with another move in the area. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely false.

Instead of handling the move themselves, they subcontracted the job to a small box truck company staffed by inexperienced workers. Despite the promise of a shared load, we were ultimately charged for the entire truck. Worse, the subcontracted movers threatened to withhold our belongings unless we agreed to pay additional fees—while they were already on-site and loading.

The movers were unprepared and unprofessional. They arrived without basic tools and even asked to borrow ours during both pickup and delivery. When we requested that they use carpet protectors in our new home, they refused and walked through the house with their shoes on, including up and down the stairs.

One of the most frustrating parts of the experience was that Top Moving Solutions assured us they could transport our golf cart. However, when the subcontracted movers arrived, they had no knowledge of the golf cart and brought a truck that was completely unsuitable for transporting it. As a result, we were forced to rent our own U-Haul and pay an additional $1,000 out of pocket to move the golf cart ourselves—an expense that was entirely due to their misinformation and lack of coordination.

Attempts to contact Top Moving Solutions for support were futile. Representatives were either unavailable or provided false information, insisting that the subcontracted movers were their own employees—despite the fact that the Motor Carrier Number on-site was completely different.

This was, without question, the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. The company markets itself as a family-run business, but our experience suggests otherwise. I sincerely hope regulatory action is taken against them in the near future.

Ryan Kunkel, as the representative of this company, you should be held accountable for the misleading practices and poor service. Consumers deserve better.

Hi Brandon,

I’m sorry to hear you’re dissatisfied, but I want to clarify a few key points.

First, we are not a 3PL or broker — your move was handled entirely in-house by our team.

Regarding the golf cart, it was not standard in weight or dimensions. The truck dispatched was not rated to safely transport it. Had we been informed in advance of its specifications, we could have sent a properly equipped vehicle. Unfortunately, that information was not provided prior to pickup.

We’ve communicated with you multiple times, and it’s disappointing to see continued inaccurate claims being made publicly. We’re committed to accountability and fairness, but we can’t allow misinformation to go unchallenged.

Again, we regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations, but the review contains several factual inaccuracies that we feel obligated to address.

Moving solutions is a SCAM!!

Moving solutions is a SCAM!!!

Not only did the cost of my move double the day of pick up because they grossly under-quoted me, but their communication is an absolute joke. I was told in my initial sales call that they had to pick up all of my belongings over 2 weeks before my first available drop off date so they could transport my stuff across the country. From there, the sales rep, Patrick, guaranteed me that my belongings would be delivered on the first available date (July 3rd).

When I hadn't heard anything the day before my move in, I tried calling and I discovered that they use an AI bot to filter calls so the only way you can talk to a real person is to request a call back (which rarely happens). And if you do get through to someone they're not only unhelpful but they're all extremely rude! I finally got someone to tell me where my items were and that's when I found out that my stuff was sitting in a storage facility in my home state of Arizona - not the state I was moving to!

After waiting over a week, calling constantly with no call back (they were absolutely avoiding my calls), my things were finally going to be delivered to me and I was given a drop off window between 3-6pm. The day of drop off, the moving coordinator, Leo, was screening my calls and only started communicating when I had my father call from his phone. It was then that we were told that my stuff actually wasn't going to arrive until 8pm - not between 3-6 like I was told the day before.

When my things finally arrived (at 9:30pm), there was only ONE GUY to unload the truck. Also they made me provide the final payment before they even opened the truck, so we weren't even able to guarantee the my belongings were on there until after I venmoed them.

Many of my boxes were smashed and damaged. Luckily I packed well so my actual belongings weren't broken but if I hadn't, I can't even imagine how much of my stuff would have been damaged by them.

Long story short - DO NOT use moving solutions unless you want to pay more than you agreed to, have nonexistent communication or transparency regarding your move, and added stress.

We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we do want to clarify a few important points.

Your quote was based on the inventory and volume you provided at booking. When the movers arrived and found that the actual volume exceeded what was listed, updated pricing was discussed and agreed to before anything was loaded—this is outlined in both the estimate and the signed Bill of Lading. We understand that price changes can be frustrating, but they are only applied when the actual scope of the move differs from what was originally submitted.

As for delivery, we never guarantee specific delivery dates. Our paperwork, which you acknowledged, explains that delivery occurs within 0–30 business days from your First Available Delivery Date (FADD). We understand how stressful moving can be, but the timeline you referenced is not something that was promised.

Our phone system allows customers to request callbacks so we can direct inquiries to the right department, and we show multiple attempts were made to communicate with you. We’re glad your items ultimately arrived safely, and we always recommend filing a claim if anything is damaged during transport—we’re here to help with that process.

We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve communication and transparency. If there are any open concerns, please reach out to us through our support channels so we can assist further.

DO NOT USE Moving Solutions!

DO NOT USE Moving Solutions!! Where to begin? When I first talked to sales, I was told that you only pay for the cubic feet that you use, that they would adjust the cost if you were over/under the estimate. Packing day arrived on 4/29. The packer looked at what I had already packed and wouldn’t start packing or loading until she called the company to increase my cu ft and had my check in hand for the increase. I paid for packing, even though I had packed 80% of it myself. She only had to pack kitchen, books, and pictures and said she would not pack until I showed her my contract. Then she said the driver said I had reached my cu ft and refused to pack any more boxes AND refused to call the company to increase our cu ft again. The helper finally did load a few more boxes for us, but we had to make the difficult decision to leave some things behind, with friends having to step in and take care of these items for us since we were leaving for MI the same day.
For the move from AZ to MI, I was told 5 to 15 days for my items to arrive. Over the next several weeks, well past the max 15 days we were told, I tried call the company (no exaggeration) 25 times!! Each time I was routed to an AI named “Ava” who constantly reassured me that someone would call me back between 9 and 5. I was only able to make contact with someone 7 times in the 7 weeks (!!) it took to receive my items. Once, when I actually talked to someone and asked why they weren’t calling me back, I was told they had nothing to say to me. Multiple times I inquired what my actual cubic footage was, only to be recited what I had purchased, not the actual.
Six weeks into this ordeal, I was finally told that we would get 24-48 hours’ notice before items were delivered. This was imperative as we were waiting in a different state and would need the time to travel to our delivery site. Nope, we only got 18 hours’ notice to had to cancel appointments and rush to MI to receive the delivery. The driver finally arrived at 10pm on 6/22. He said he would be back at 7am to unload with two helpers, but didn’t arrive until 8:30am with NO helpers. The driver unloaded all of it by himself (and, seemingly the only person at this company that can do a good job!). To add insult to injury, when the portion of the container that contained our belongings was measured, the space was 300 cu ft LESS than I had paid for.
I cannot put adequate words to the misinformation, unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and frustration that I experienced in working with this company. Not only did I overpay for the space used and wait three times longer than I was quoted for delivery, I had to leave some of my own personal items behind because of their incompetence. It made an already difficult move almost unbearable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like to take a moment to address a few points you raised.

Regarding your quoted volume and pricing: our estimates are based on the inventory provided at the time of booking. On moving day, if the actual volume exceeds what was quoted, the rate is adjusted accordingly—this is clearly stated in both the estimate and your signed contract. We understand how stressful it can be to make last-minute decisions during a move, and we regret any frustration that may have caused.

As for delivery timelines, our agreement outlines a delivery window of 0–30 business days from the First Available Delivery Date, not calendar days. While our average delivery times are often shorter, we do not guarantee exact dates as unforeseen logistics and routing challenges can occur, especially on long-distance moves.

We sincerely apologize if our callback system caused any confusion. While our phone assistant is designed to help route calls efficiently, it’s clear that you were expecting a more responsive experience. We’re actively working to improve communication during the delivery phase and your feedback is helpful in that process.

If your final measurement differed from what was billed, we encourage you to file a formal claim—we are always willing to investigate and ensure billing reflects actual usage when documented properly.

We’re sorry to hear that parts of your move caused additional stress. That is never our intention, and we’d be happy to speak with you directly to help resolve any outstanding concerns.

Sincerely,
The Moving Solutions Team

Terrible customer service, blatant lies by salesman

I was moving from Las Vegas to Spokane Washington. The salesman named Michael Ridder (I think that's how it's spelled) was very responsive and friendly at first. He gave us a discount since there was another truck going to the same location the same weekend. After going through my inventory he gave an estimated volume. We were nervous about using a broker after seeing so many horror stories online, and he PROMISED us 10 different times that they were NOT a broker and the trucks and movers were direct employees owned by their company.

We had an incredibly difficult time getting ahold of anyone to schedule the exact time and hour of pickup, which was still way later than we were told and delayed our road trip significantly into the evening.

When the mover got there, we learned that they were a separate moving company and not moving solutions employees. Also even though I had FEWER items than I told them the space estimate was grossly underestimated by 40%, and the actual cost would be 70% higher. He then states that I had more items than originally listed and it was my fault (for example, I told the salesman I had 2 queen size beds with headboard and footboard, listed was 2 bedframes. Then the actual mover listed the headboard, footboard, side rails, and support struts as FIVE separate items) There were also additional costs and fees NOT listed in the estimate. There was no other person going the same route. And on the day I had to leave my options were pay 70% more, pay the same amount and still have to rent a uhaul, or lose the money I already paid the broker (top solutions) and just go all in on a uhaul. The contractor was Leo from Leo moving LLC, who also lied to me about being a separate contractor at first. When my things eventually arrived, we asked if we could buy the moving blankets since I still had to move the large furniture to the final destination a short distance away (the large truck wouldnt be able to make it up the driveway at the final destination). Leo said moving blankets cost 40 dollars each and would sell them for 30 dollars each to us. We found similar blankets for 3-5 dollars each one amazon. He didnt believe us.

During this whole time, I CANNOT get ahold of moving solutions. I called and could NOT get through the AI call screener, customer service NEVER got back to me. I emailed them, never got a response. I called the salesman back but guess who never answered my calls. Eventually he texted me denying half of the lies he originally told and eventually stopped responding. Once he got his cut from the original brokerage, he did not care about helping us at all, and in fact directly lied (not just exaggerated) more times to us. I would actively avoid this company at all costs (which will be about 70% higher than initially stated). Top moving solutions and Leo moving LLC are set up to be a scam. I might not think that if I could get ahold of anyone from moving solutions, but guess what, it appears that they know what they're doing and avoid you once they get their cut. Rent a uhaul and pay some friends to help you move. It will be less frustrating and more reliable.

While we are sorry you are unhappy we must respond to some important factual inaccuracies -

We did not broker your move—our services were provided directly, and payment was due to our driver in accordance with the agreed terms.

The price adjustment was not due to a misquote but because you opted for guaranteed direct delivery, which carries an additional cost.

Your review misrepresents the situation and is not a fair reflection of the facts.

Potential fraud and theft

Our bad experience is far from over.
My name is Julia Freitor.
My daughter needed to move from San Diego to Fort Lauderdale and we booked our move through the sweet talking moving specialist Nina . She said that the company has offices in Nashville and in Florida. Unfortunately, Nina blocked all of our phone numbers right before the scheduled pick-up date.

Nina verbally promised—multiple times—that pick-up would take place on June 19th. However, when no one contacted us on June 18th, we called her, and she denied ever promising the 19th, stating it would be on the 20th. We emailed the company to clarify the situation, and your moving manager Leo responded quickly by giving us a call, and telling us he’d try to find a truck for the 19th, but that it would likely be on the morning of the 20th.

After that, we spoke with Nina again. She was visibly upset that we had contacted Leo, and immediately after that call, she blocked all of our numbers. We were left with only Leo’s contact, as the company’s phone is answered only by AI.

Leo ultimately arranged the pick-up for June 20th, noting that the contract window was the 19th–20th. While we had originally requested the 19th, we agreed under the circumstances.

The load was picked up from our apartment in Poway, San Diego on June 20th, but instead of the promised 8–10 a.m. window, it happened after 4 p.m. We were told it would arrive in Fort Lauderdale by July 1st, possibly July 2nd or 3rd, per Leo.

At pick-up, Leo was present in person and informed us that our volume was far larger than estimated. As a result, the cost of the move went from $3,327.77 to $7,187.92. We had no choice but to agree, as my daughter had to vacate her apartment that day, and I had a flight to New York that evening.

I paid Leo a pick up deposit of a total of $2,914.10, and I’ve been told to pay another $2914.10 at delivery in Ft.Lauderdale.

Since then, Leo has become unreachable. All calls from our numbers go to voicemail. Calls to your main office are answered by an AI, which promises a callback that never happens.

As of today, July 3rd, we have received no update regarding delivery.
We’ve paid $4,273.82 and entrusted Top Moving Solutions with all of my daughter’s personal belongings. The last time I spoke to Leo—on June 28th—he said the load was in your Arizona warehouse; and on July 1st, after 10s of different calls and texts from our phones, my husband called from another number and Leo picked up.
He said that our load is - pay attention!- in warehouse in LAS VEGAS!
He probably forgot that 3 days ago he told me it’s in Arizona.
He promised to figure out the delivery date and come back to us, which NEVER HAPPENED.
It’s been 13 days since the pick up, my daughter is siting in her bare-wall apartment in Fort Lauderdale and crying every day, cause she has NOTHING - NO CLOTHES, NO BEDDING, TOWELS, KITCHEN WEAR- LITERALLY NOTHING! and we have no idea when to expect- if ever- her belongings.

If we will not receive updates until the end of this week, we’re gonna involve officials, media and lawyers.
These are serious red flags that point toward potential theft and fraud, which we cannot and will not ignore.
Hope your company still value its good name, and Leo or someone else will be back to us asap.
P.S. My name and signatures does appear on all the documents since I am the client who signed and paid.

If I could give 0 starts I would scam artists!! Beware!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Unreliable, lack of communication, scam artists. They will quote you a reasonable price for moving and then charge thousands more, They will drop your belongings off at a facility if you don’t agree to the up charges, and you’ll be charged even more to pick it up yourself from the said facility. Currently speaking with an attorney to take legal action but please do not get screwed over like I did. Do not trust this company to help you move your belongings, please look for a more reputable company!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

I am going to write a very transparent review. I had called a number that I had originally thought was for the pods. The number ended up being a number to topmovingsolutions (based out of Nashville), and the girl I spoke with asked if I wanted a quote. I said go for it and would consider it if it was comparable to some of the other pricing that I was looking at for other moving options. This company ended up quoting me a very fair price at first. I had booked well in advance because they get you with all of these up front discounts and tell you you have to lock in right then and there to get the best deal so I did. When we did our final inventory review we had added a lot more stuff and our quote doubled. I understood because I did have a lot more stuff I added and we agreed to go forward with this company. I had given them a very detailed list of inventory, and made sure to even over estimate so that we could get the most transparent quote. Come moving day, and the actual movers did do a good job at handling our stuff, however they went over the allotted space and I agreed to pay the additional pricing for the square footage they went over. They ended up using an additional 300 square feet I think and charged us 3500 more. When I signed to agree to the additional square footage the movers even said “we won’t need to use the whole truck,” but ended up using the whole truck. My quote has now tripled and what’s worse is they locked me in to a weekend drop off date after telling me it was going to be that Monday. When I tried to get a hold of someone on the weekend, I was put in touch with a weekend supervisor named Steven. This person I spoke to was one of the most patronizing individuals I have ever spoken to. He lacked empathy for the situation and kept saying the same thing over and over that if we didn’t agree to pay They would take our stuff to a holding facility and we would have to pay an additional thousands of dollars to get it back. This company will BAIT AND SWITCH YOU. Do not believe them when they say you are getting a good price because at the end of it, they will end up charging you 3x the amount they initially quoted you. Please, please look at using other companies. If I could go back and use something else like the pods or even get a uhaul ourself and hire movers to do it I would. SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS and don’t go with this company.

Use them only if you want to get "Ripped Off"!

DO NOT USE THEM! They raised the price of our move as they loaded the truck and I had no chance to discuss these added expenses with the "salesman" who gave me the original quote. I was told they would cancel the move if I didn't sign right now by the company rep on the phone! The price went from $10K to $15K by the time they were through adding charges. Then when we got to our new home [CA to MA] we found out that we wouldn't even receive our stuff for another couple of weeks. They had taken it off the truck and stored it in CA. When they finally delivered our stuff, the driver wouldn't do anything but sit in the cab of his truck. The truck driver had to be paid in cash before they would unload! There was a crew of 4 men who unloaded the truck and were all taking stuff in at the same time, I couldn't even keep track of what came off the truck as they keep needing me in different parts of the house with questions. To further add to the confusion there were two other people’s good also in the trailer, they had to take all of someone else’s goods out of the trailer to get to my stuff that had been loaded in the middle rather than the back as it should have been since I the first stop. It took months to finally figure out what all they had apparently left in the storage site rather than load it and bring it to me. They also damaged a lot of my property that they did deliver. Solid wood furniture arrived with dents, gouges and scrapes. Loveseat and couch also had concealed damage that wasn’t discovered until after they left. We lost about 25% of our goods to loss and major damage that with minor care would have been totally preventable. When they reloaded my good from their storage site, they didn’t even bother with using furniture pads! Then to top off the total disaster the workers were still re-assembling some of our furniture when one of them noticed that the truck driver had driven off without any of knowing that he was leaving. At this point the four men then ran out to their vehicles and proceed to try to catch the driver as he hadn’t paid them. This left me having to finish re-assembling the furniture myself. Then the next challenge was trying to get them to cover the cost of lost and damaged goods, the don’t even try to assist you just direct you to contact a third-party claims processor. Bottom line is that we lost a lot of money as a result of making the poor choice of using this disreputable firm!

Under no circumstances use this…

Under no circumstances use this company. My cousin wanted to move and it is a disabled veteran. She was set to move and her medical condition changed. And she explained this to them they would not give her a refund or what they give her even a partial refund. When she tried to call the company customer service told her that's a billing issue. Every time she tried to call nobody answers. I cannot believe they'd actually do this to somebody that is disabled on a fixed income. Definitely, a company that does not care about their customers or people. This company is in Tennessee.

Complete FRAUD!!!

Do yourself a favor and look at the BBB complaints before booking!!!

I cancelled my move 5 hours after booking. My move was scheduled for over 1 month away and was well within the limits of their refund policy. I waited 30 days for a refund, which never came. Then I was told I would need to wait another 30-40 days and sign a document agreeing never to complain about the company. They also never actually canceled the move, as I was contacted the day before to confirm the time. Communication with this company is horrible. They are a complete FRAUD!!! I thankfully have a great bank that got my money back.

These HAVE TO BE FAKE REVIEWS!! for starters, Yelp has them at 1.3, and BBB has them at 1.5!!
We called top moving solutions as we were looking for a moving company to move from los angeles to Las vegas and spoke to nina. Super sweet on the phone. Told her we had a 2 bedroom apt with the normal amount of stuff. We went through all the furniture and large items in detail and she quoted us for around 2500 dollars and said we would get our stuff the following day from when they picked up. Sounded like a great deal! So we paid 1000 upfront. Fast forward to the week of the move, we have our final call to go over everything again in detail. I tell them how many cbft we have in boxes and give them the dimensions of each piece of furniture. They told me it's more than they originally thought, and it would be 4100. Not super, please, with the price jumping up 1600 but understood they can't accurately quote us 2 months prior to the move, so we paid the addition 900 dollar deposit. Day of the move. The movers come and walk through the apartment and tell us it's actually going to be 6000 dollars!! stunned with the 1900 dollar increase on top of the 1600 dollar increase, we tried bargaining with them, but they said that's the price, take it, or leave it. they also told us it could take up to 6 business days for them to deliver, which wasn't what we were told on our original call. (we only packed for 2 nights due to the information we were told prior) being that we needed to be out of the apartment that day and had no other way to move our belongings, we were forced to pay the 6k. our items arrive 6 days after they loaded the truck. this is nothing short of extortion, and a civil lawsuit will be filed. please, please, please save yourself the headache and do your research before hiring movers so you don't have to learn the hard way.

Satisfying experience

This is my second time moving experience with this team. It was such a relief to see how well they secured all my furniture and placed everything together as I wanted. Good company and good stuff.

Little bit pricey else everything ok.

It was little bit pricey but they earned it with their excellent service. Recently use them for a short move to assisted care. Good experience but please take a look about your pricing.

Right choice for stress free move.

All my items were perfectly wrapped. Arrived in perfect condition, they take a lot of care to protect floors and walls. I think you could find slightly cheap but why risk a bad experience on moving day. If you want a stress free move, you can’t go wrong.

I followed their contract instructions…

I followed their contract instructions to the letter to cancel my move.

I was advised in writing that I would be receiving a refund.

I have yet to receive my refund and in fact when calling customer service to inquire about my refund I was met with open hostility and then hung up on.

I do not recommend. I seriously doubt they will refund me and I'll have to file a chargeback.

That statement is untrue—we can factually prove that we are simply waiting for you to sign the necessary paperwork, which you already viewed before coming here. It seems like you’re just looking for something to be upset about and, unfortunately, appear to be seeking a legal confrontation.

Nightmare Company!

I cancelled my contract with Top Moving Solutions within 36 hours of making the initial deposit. It has taken them 70 days to even respond to my request for refund. They say that since my cancellation was requested on a Sunday (payment was made on a Friday), it was not "accepted" until the next business day which was "too late". Customer Service is non-existent. They are indeed a "Broker' regardless of what their sales representative says. Check the BBB reviews and run from this company!!

UPDATE: The company's response is inaccurate. My deposit was made on a Friday afternoon and the request for refund was made on Sunday. Even if it was "legal" to hold the request until Monday, the request met their 3 day cancellation window. Do not fall for their lies and I repeat... Run from this company!

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your experience with Top Moving Solutions. While we regret that you feel dissatisfied with our services, we would like to clarify some key points regarding your cancellation and refund request.

Cancellation Timeline:
As outlined in the contract you signed, cancellations must be submitted within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation request was received on a Sunday, and as stated in the agreement, cancellations are processed during normal business hours. Since the next business day was Monday, your request fell outside the allowable timeframe, rendering it ineligible for a refund. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for all customers.

Response Time:
While we understand your frustration with the delay in communication, our team has been addressing a high volume of inquiries, which regrettably impacted our response time. However, we have since reviewed your file and provided clarity regarding the status of your deposit.

Brokerage Transparency:
Top Moving Solutions is a licensed and registered moving broker, and this is disclosed in our agreements and materials. We work diligently to connect our clients with reputable carriers to fulfill their moving needs. Our sales representatives are trained to explain this during the initial booking process.

Better Business Bureau Reviews:
While we acknowledge that moving can be a stressful process, we have successfully assisted thousands of customers each year. Reviews often reflect a fraction of our transactions, and we continue to strive for excellence in service.

We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but our policies are in place to ensure consistency and compliance with federal regulations. Your deposit remains valid for one year, allowing you to reschedule your move without additional costs. Please let us know if we can assist you further in utilizing your deposit.
