Hi Niel, it's unfortunate that you didn't have a great experience. As we can see in our system you received a send confirmation on april 13th and the vinyl was delivered on april 14th - the releasedate of this album. So as far as we can see everything went as planned.
If you didn't receive your vinyl at all, please let us know here or contact our customer support so we can sort this out. If you did receive the vinyl we hope you will reconsider this review.
