Had a issue with bed when it was delivered, spoke straight away to Ahmad through WhatsApp he's sorted problems out straight way, was really good , I will definitely use this company again, the bed is good quality and customer service is amazing.

I ordered the bed just over a week ago after reading the reviews. It is difficult to know which company to go with but I am so glad I chose TopnNotch furnishers. Firstly when I placed the order I wasnt sure id went for the correct base. I phoned the company and the man was so helpful asking if I wanted anything changed. The bed was here around a week later delivered by two very nice helpful drivers who had a difficult job with the delivery due to access but they worked a way round it and bed was delivered. It is a beautiful bed and the mattress extremely comfortable. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for keeping me informed during the progress on delivery day. I would certainly recommend this company.

Ordered the bed everything was very straight forward accept the footboard came without the feet, contacted the company and not only did they give compensation they also sent a new footboard out and told us to keep or dispose of the old one, very happy with the bed, great quality and great customer service would highly recommend

I ordered two beds from this company and had a few issues from the start. First, the bed is extremely squeaky right from the first use, which is very annoying and makes them uncomfortable. The company put the beds together for me, which I appreciated, but they charged over £100 in cash for this service, even though their website clearly states that it should be £50 per bed. Additionally, I ordered ottoman beds with the expectation of decent storage space, but there are gaps in the design that reduce the actual storage capacity, which is frustrating. As an ottoman bed, I thought it would have a more practical design for storage.
The biggest issue, though, is with the noise & mattresses. I ordered two soft-to-medium orthopedic mattresses, but what I received feels more like a regular soft mattress, with no orthopedic support at all. I've used orthopedic mattresses in the past, so I know what to expect, and this one is extremely uncomfortable.
I’ve sent a complaint via email and WhatsApp and received a response saying they’re closed for the holidays until January 10th. However, I’ve noticed that new beds ordered online are still being delivered between January 5th and 8th, which feels inconsistent with what they’re telling me. I’m still waiting for a resolution and hoping they will honor their 30-day trial policy to address the squeaky bed and the uncomfortable mattress.
Let’s see what the outcome will be and if the information online is accurate.
I will update my review if the company resolves these issues fairly.

Great customer service. Delivery was very fast. Unfortunately had to return an item but it was handled really well. Will definitely use again
