Product not matching the description and the picture advertised. Poor quality

We ordered a bed for our son and it arrived so quickly. The delivery team were genuinely lovely and super friendly. The bed itself is fantastic quality and unbelievably easy to put together.

I reached out to them a few times on WhatsApp and every single time they replied promptly and were incredibly helpful.

We will be ordering from you again in the new year!

We ordered a bed from here and on the website it asks to select a delivery date. I selected a suitable date for us however we recieved no confirmation. I queried this with customer service on WhatsApp who then advised it would come up to 5 days after the selected date. If that’s how they work what is the point in selecting a date? I was given a time slot the day before of 11am-2pm. The time hit 2pm and there was no sign of the bed so I called the company who said the delivery driver was 1 hour away with 2 more deliveries before myself, not to mention the fact he was very rude. I then received a phone call 2 hours later to say they were one hour away, when explaining my location he then cut me off and put the phone down. They then arrived 3 hours past the latest delivery time built the bed and left all the rubbish in the middle of my hallway blocking the entrance to all the bedrooms and bathroom. The bed itself is nice however the customer service is appalling.

Bed arrived with no delivery communication. No instructions on how to put together although it wasn’t too difficult. I had an email a week after delivery telling me my order was being processed and a delivery date will be advised!
I ordered a hard base, which by the way is flimsy and not a hard base. It comes with a 2x2 wooden centre support beam. Sadly it was 3 inches too short so absolutely no use.
I did some improvised adjustment so managed to get some wooden spacers fitted so to shorten the gap between the support brackets.
Once that was done, it turns out they had fitted the support brackets too low and so the support beam was supporting nothing! Absolutely shoddy work. Had the remove and re-position brackets again.
The bed didn’t come with corner brace brackets to keep the frame sturdy, so the bed frame can swivel. I’ve bought cheaper beds previously with better quality. I’d say this bed, although looks the part, isn’t worth the money, even at the supposed sale price.
I sent an email with photos to the company and heard absolutely nothing back. Seems they’re not interested in feedback about quality issues. A common theme from what I read in other reviews about this company. Personally, I would avoid.

I'm really happy and satisfied with the beds and mattresses we ordered. The quality was exactly what we wanted. The delivery was a day after my selected delivery date but the Father and son delivery/assembly team were really fantastic and highly professional and made it worthwhile. I would say the customer service personnel on WhatsApp was kind of rude and didn't do a good job in explaining why my order came a day after my selected date but other than that, I'm very satisfied.

4 stars due to the poor communication from the company when my delivery was cancelled. Updates seemed to be deliberately vague. Having said that the second delivery arrived as scheduled and I was delighted with the quality of the bed. Great value and despite the issue mentioned I would certainly use the company again.

I’m really impressed with my new bed! The frame and mattress are both excellent quality, and the team who came to fix everything up did a fantastic job. The delivery was quick and didn’t take long at all, which made the whole process so smooth. Finally, I can sleep comfortably in my new bed – definitely worth it!

I had a terrible experience with the company. You judge a company customer service when things go wrong and how they handle it and they failed woefully.

Ordered a bed with a tv stand without taking consideration of the size of the room. TopNotch Furnishers didn’t ask for the size of the room when I was ordering which is standard with most companies. The bed could not fit. Was not asking for refund but wanted to be met half way. Spoke to Adam in July who agreed to do something about it and promised to call back with a solution.

Called over 15 times and he stopped taking my calls and am ending up giving away the bed that cost £1,249.96. Customer number is 9254. My Post Code is W12 8JF.

They totally failed and hope they will ask for sizes of where furniture is being fitted going forward when dealing with prospective buyers.

Great company , so helpful and very informative every step of the way . Nothings to much for them . Immediately responds to what’s apps messages . I originally ordered with a different company which I cancelled and boy glad I did . Massive thanks to the team and I will be ordering another bed soon .

So far I have left two voicemails and sent an email to amend delivery date and no one has responded - not a good start to the experience!
Update: customer service is slow but contact finally made via live chat and amendment to delivery made without fuss
