The bed’s appearance and build structure are quite good. However, the fabric quality and space design leave room for improvement.

I have three ottoman beds at home, each of which accommodates small to medium-sized luggage inside. This bed, due to its design, seems to offer very limited storage — likely only suitable for pillows and duvets.

There are noticeable gaps inside and underneath the bed, which allow dust to accumulate and make cleaning difficult. If the side and front panels were designed to sit flush with the floor, it would not only increase usable space but also help prevent dust from getting inside.

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase of a bed from this company. Far better quality than I thought it was going to be with exceptional above and beyond help from the 2 drivers as this proved to be very difficult to get up the stairs. Thankyou to them and for my most amazing beautiful new bed

Not sure whether to give this 3 or 4 stars but here is the truth about my experience.

The beds and mattresses are very cheap and they are in fact new. But you get what you pay for. This is not a premium service. The delivery drivers came, they scratched my car when opening their Van door which really annoyed me.
The bed came out in its individual sections. It wasn't in one box as the main components were basically pre assembled which made assembly really easy.

However the bed does not come with ANY fixings or ANY instruction manual. None! I messaged them on WhatsApp and they replied really quickly but they sent me such an unprofessional Tiktok video of someone assembling the bed with Pakistani music in the background! I'm serious! It was totally inappropriate. Should have been a PDF document but they sent a Tiktok...
The bed frame fixes together with nuts which were already on the bolts but the wooden slats really should be fixed to the bed frame but they aren't. And there aren't any screws that come with it to allow you to.

Also the bed I bought looked a little short and upon measuring it's a whole TEN centimetres shorter than advertised.

Not a terrible experience and it's a brand new bed and mattress but you get what you pay for.

After being let down by another supplier many times. I wish I had gone to topnotch first. A good easy website to navigate and good description of products. Ordered our bed and matress on the Tuesday morning, email on the wed stating bed would be delivered and assembled on the next day.
Text from delivery personnel give a delivery time frame. Arrived within that time, unpacked and assembled in the bedroom. Being a retired engineer, I could see that the frame and metal ottoman base was strong and well made, with a 2yr warranty.
I can not recommend this company enough, and will definitely be a return customer.

I had a super king winged ottoman bed delivered on the 20th of June we have now been sleeping on it for a week it is very comfortable,an the delivery people were very helpful

Fast and efficient delivery… I paid for assembly (due to being let down by a previous company the week prior)
These men lifted this bed 3 flights of stairs and built it all within 40 mins !!

Do not be alarmed (like i was) that I only got one email to say about the purchase I never got like a text or another email just one with an estimate delivery date. I ended up calling them myself to triple check. Loan behold it got delivered within 2 days and i got a call 15 mins prior !

Ordered the bed Saturday night and got delivered Tuesday! Fantastic customer service, fantastic bed for the price, so easy to put together too, will definitely be returning for any further bed purchases and recommend to everyone
