Company initially were great but very poor customer service
Company initially were great, bed was delivered before expected and fair price but if you want a soft mattress i would not recommend getting your mattress here, within a couple of weeks their 'softest' mattress went rock hard , at the month and a half mark they sent out the exact same mattress as a replacement and when i said they weren't happy they expected me to return the mattress an hour and a half away at 8 months pregnant myself when i said i didn't even drive in order to get a refund so i asked how they expected me to do that or if they expected me to pay a moving company over a hundred pounds to return the mattress and i got ignored. Quite dissapointed because I was initially very happy with the purchase but a month later having issues with the mattress that they don't want to resolve and the bed became creaky a few weeks into using it. Also sent delivery driver at 7am on the dot on a weekend when 'replacing' the mattress meaning we had to be up with a stripped bed for 6:45 on weekend which i believe to be quite a joke, they also previously sent the delivery driver out on his own meaning that although i paid £50 for the bed to be brought up and assembled my partner had to help bringing all the heavy parts in while he's got a bad back and knees. Can't fault the delivery driver though he's been absolutely lovely both times he's been out just a shame the company have let him down, they also seem to push him to try and push for five star reviews although i would no longer say its a five star company purely due to their poor customer service. Would upload screenshots of the messages between the company and I to defend this review but it won't let me on here so will be uploading them onto a review on google.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the delivery process.
You initially selected the Orthopaedic mattress, which is our softest option. Although your request for a replacement came after the complimentary replacement period had expired, we made an exception and approved it, considering your pregnancy. The replacement mattress was provided at no additional cost and delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.
The new mattress was custom-made as per your request, with a lower spring count to better suit your needs during pregnancy.
As for the Saturday delivery, this was arranged as the soonest available slot in light of the issues you were experiencing with the previous mattress.
You later requested to return the replacement mattress as well. In response, we offered two options: we could arrange a collection with applicable charges, or you could return the mattress directly to our warehouse at your convenience.
We genuinely hope to find a resolution that suits your needs and comfort. Based on your feedback, we would recommend considering a memory foam mattress without springs, which may provide better support in your current situation.

I don’t leave many reviews but I do when a company has delivered as advertised ! So many bed companies out there so was genuinely hesitant on who to order from as many are scammers or false advertise… spoke to the guys at top notch furnishers, from the get go they were easy to deal with and explained everything from start to finish and gave me a great price… delivered a day later than anticipated but nonetheless they delivered and the bed seem great hopefully it now just lasts ! Honestly would recommend these guys don’t hesitate to buy from them :)
