I ordered 2 retro Liverpool shirts from top notch jerseys, if I’m honest I didn’t receive news regarding despatch dates for a week or so but after sending an email correspondence was prompt and I received my order approximately 7/10 days later. Considering one of the said shirts was seen in the Trafford centre for £200 , I paid £39 and was extremely happy with the quality of the shirt I received 100% and I purchased 2 different shirts and both were fantastic. My only gripe was the time scale of delivery 👍

I placed my orders some time ago and they didn't arrive. I have emailed the company several times and they always reply with the usual platitudes and to be very honest lies. They sent me an email on the 10th of the month saying the parcel was shipped but the tracking would not load so I had no way of knowing where the items were. I contacted them again and they had to ask again for all my information. They have now advised me that the parcel has not shipped , it is being processed and the delay is due to relocation. I have asked them to refund me but that has been ignored. Please avoid disappointment for
your children and pay a bit more from a reputable company, this one doesn't deliver. This company have now made contact with me to say these football strips have been shipped. No information given as to the courier and no tracking number! Must be arriving on a slow boat from China or pigeon post! Worst customer service ever!!
