Topnotch must be a scam. I ordered a shirt for my grandson. The confirmation was good. But still waiting for confirmation of delivery !! They do not even acknowledge emails I send them asking for answers!
Do not buy from these scam artists!!!!

Should be 0 stars. Ordered a jersey from there and tried to get a refund. Was told my order was under ‘high priority’ and it’s been nearly 2 months and I’ve received 0 communication.

Ordered a retro Wales jersey for my brother's birthday back in February. I was advised after many emails back and forth that the shirt was out of stock. Was offered a refund. It is now mid May and I have chased and chased but still no refund.
Furthermore, the jersey I ordered has been on their site still for sale the entire time. Doesn't state out of stock anywhere. Feel for anyone who have had to deal with this scamming company.

Absolutely shocking company had football shirt and arrived to late so wanted to return but was offered 10% discount but declined after emailing back and forth for 10 weeks EMILY stopped replying but she asked for my bank details so she could process refund after 8 weeks and still nothing but was told refund be with you in 3-5 working days and still waiting and EMILY NOT replying to my emails

I purchased two jerseys that are hard to find from this website in January. Stupidly didn't check trust pilot when I ordered. After two weeks there was no sign of delivery. I contacted them and got a reply from Emily. She reassured me that everything was all good and as they had swapped warehouses recently this was normal and reassured me it would be delivered on the next 5-7 working days.

I waited. Still nothing. I asked again. Another time frame provided. I waited. Still nothing.

I asked for a refund. I was given a reassurance that this was sent to the fulfillment team and marked as high priority. I waited another week. Still nothing. I then proceeded to email Emily daily. I received the same email back each time telling me about the fulfilment team.

Eventually got fed up. Told them to cancel. I was told to be patient that the product was brilliant. I said I wanted to cancel.

Emily said it would be refunded in 5-7 days. Still nothing. Then emails about the fulfilment team.

This is when I lost my mind. I said that she was either incompetent or more likely fraudsters. Emily for once changed her message and defended her company saying they weren't fraudsters but that they had sent the order to the wrong address

I reiterated the cancellation. Then back to fulfilment team emails. I contacted credit card company. They looked into it and I got a full refund thank god. These people are the lowest of the low. Just be careful and always read reviews from companies you've never used before.

As everyone else has said avoid.
1, Chinese company not from UK
2, Fake items and bad ones at that
3, Have to return to China
4, Sent back mid January and still waiting for refund (1 May)

POOR IMMITATION OF A KIT SENT AND OFFERED A 30% REDUCTION TO KEEP IT. YOU JUST GET AI GENERATED EMAILS WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY LOCALLY AND NOT FROM CHINA. I HOPE THE REST OF THE WORLD FOLLOWS TRUMPS TARIFFS

Avoid this company at all cost. Ordered the football shirts on 24 February 2025. It hasn’t been delivered yet.
Contacted the customer service Emily. Asked for a refund. Wouldn’t let me. Kept on saying it will deliver soon. It’s clearly not a UK based company. It’s in china.
I tried checking the UK postcode of the company in google street view it shows Shepards inn instead in the middle of nowhere, so it’s a total illegal Scam company. Misleading information on the site. Gonna report this Scam Company to Trading Standard. Guys just buy from official Site or established site. Lesson learned for the future.

If i could give negative stars i would. I ordered a jersey TWO WEEKs in advance because their shipping policy said it would take max five days to arrive, and i needed it early because i was traveling, and it was a gift. The jersey took over 3 weeks from when i ordered it to be “delivered”, only for it not to actually be delivered but rather marked as so. There was no proof of delivery from the shipping company, and they said to contact top notch if i have a missing item on the website. “Emily” a so called customer service assistant, then blatantly states they have no liability for packages marked as delivered, and i should check with the post office, which is ridiculous because there has been no communication whatsoever, not even when the item was delivered, and which is now missing. And they get to claim no liability? Absolute bellends the lot of them. Save yourself the money and the trouble.

TERRIBLE, COUNTERFEIT GOODS If I could give no stars I would , terrible company only wish I had checked the reviews before my purchase , firstly had no idea the item was coming from china ,when I found out alarm bells rang then the order arrived way too late and it was a gift then when it did finally arrived it was 100% counterfeit,I pad £50 and wasn't expecting a fake ,then tried to return it for a full refund,I was expected to pay the postage costs of £28 back to china ,then offered 10% discount and keep the fake item ,I declined they eventually kept offering a bigger discount... 35% and keep the cheap tat , luckily I had opened a dispute with PayPal and was eventually given a full refund,will never ever purchase from them again

Don’t use this website - I was sent my items but the quality is awful and the threading is loose. I have contacted the customer service and told them how awful the quality is, they have said they will give me a 10% refund. I disputed and now they are offering 20%?!

Terrible company and I will be taking this further.

I am gutted I didn’t see all these negative reviews before ordering.
I ordered football kits for my grandsons on 6/2 & only reviews were positive. However I have had exactly the same issues as everyone who has reviewed in March.
Kits did actually arrive a month later after many, many chase emails. Unfortunately too late for my grandson’s birthday! Shoddy goods! Seams had split badly so the shirt is unwearable!
Again many emails to ‘Emily’ (AI responses?) requesting exchange.
No Return labels, no returns information.
Telephone number- message saying phone is turned off!!!
Website provides UK address but they are defo in China. Not sure how this is legal!
What a terrible company!

Avoid at all costs, waited over 4 weeks, still no sign of our order. Have tried to cancel now on multiple occasions, they refuse to send returns label. Do not use this compnay

I ordered from this website on 15.02.25 and the item still hasn't been shipped on 13.03.25. 1 week after ordering, I still hadn't received any notification that the order was shipped so I tried to ring custimer service but the number on the website was invalid. I emailed customer services who repeatedly said that they would send it 'soon' but by now a month has passed and still the item has not been received. They gave me a royal mail tracking number which is fake and shows an error message when I look it up on the royal mail website. Almost 1 month after ordering I emailed them requesting a refund and the response was that I couldnt get a refund because the item had nkw been shipped (this was a lie as the tracking number still says it hasnt been shipped and they conviently only said it had been shipped the day I wanted my money back). If the item ever comes, which I highly doubt, I have no confidence the item will be good quality, based off my experience thus far. This is a scam and wont process the refund despite refusing to ship my order

I wish I'd read the reviews on this site before purchasing an Inter Milan kit for my sons birthday.

Despite what it says on the Top Notch website the shirt and shorts arrived 3 weeks later than advertised, without socks as advertised and was clearly counterfeit.

When I called customer service to complain they hadn't even bothered to install the phone line!

What have I learnt - To avoid disappointment, pay the full price next time and buy from an official retailer.

Avoid if you are expecting a quality product and service but if you want a cheap knock off then fill your boots.

I ordered both my boys a kit, which cost me over £70. I did not realise they were going to be fake. I could have paid another 30 and had the real thing that included socks. I am not happy, luckily my boys do not mind, but we have bought fake kits much much cheaper than this. I'm just annoyed I paid so much for a fake!

Absolutely terrible company!! Sent a football kit with no socks, repeatedly telling me socks weren’t included in a football kit - even though their website has pictures and the description clearly states it comes with socks!! Now I have half a football kit for my 7 year old son’s birthday present !!!

Shirt arrived after 3 weeks waiting, clearly a fake by a mile, different colours and size.

This is the worst company i have dealt with in years.

I have never left such a bad review but feel i have to too help others to be aware.

As others have mentioned i thought this was a uk company bit its not.

Delivery took ages and arrived too late fir it's intended use.
I contacted to return and after 6-7 emails i get pretty much the same reply.

They won't even tell me where to return it to.
It is obviously far away as they only answer emails once a day and it is 5-6am when they d9 it.

The football kit does look of a good quality but if you need to return it you have very little chance of doing so

Ordered a custom England retro shirt on 18th Feb and arrived today. Took a while to come but the shirt is beautiful and printing is spot on!
