Topographic Surveyors Reviews

We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Michael and Marisa. From our initial enquiry through to receiving the completed report, the whole process has been excellent.

Michael's attention to detail during the inspection was particularly impressive.

The report itself is exceptionally well presented, thorough and tailored to the property, rather than feeling like a generic template.

Thank you both for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Very easy to deal with, excellent fast response, really happy with Level 3 Survey. It highlighted a lot more problems than I expected and was able to use the report to request a reduction on price, Thanks very much

Answered all my questions and patient when I needed more explaining

My experience with Topographic Surveyors was very good. I am really happy with the service provided. communication was excellent throughout, the report was clear and thorough, and the turnaround time was very quick. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a level 3 survey report carried out for my property purchase. The customer service was excellent, hassle free and friendly. Michael, the surveyor, was so knowledgeable and the report was excellent! Clear, easy to understand and highlighted all the issues with costs to put right. The cost was incredibly reasonable and over £100 cheaper than alternatives. I will definitely be recommending their services and wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed! Thank you 😊
