Ordered an item via the website and then a day later received a cancellation notice. I don't understand how in 2021, companies can't figure out inventory.

I was super excited to receive my Marin Headlands 2, however, upon arrival, I realized it was missing several assembly components, was scratched on the stem, and the drop-seat cable was cut too short and needed to be re-installed. When I contacted Topos about these issues they offered a $50 refund. For a $3k bike that felt insulting, moreover, it doesn't even cover the labor costs for re-doing the internal cabling. Knowing the margins for a small bike shop can be tight, I countered with $150 but never heard back.

After weeks of looking for a bike without success, I landed on Topos' site . Without knowing anything from Topos, I went for it and ordered my bike. II expected some sort of delay due to Covid. Amazingly, my bike made it to Texas in less than a week! Perfectly packaged I assembled it in 10 minutes! I would highly recommend them to anyone I will definitely buy from them in the future . Thank you.

Great communication from customer service when i called with shipment questions, processing took a couple days longer but that's to be expected during these times Bike arrived on time and was in great condition, easy to assemble and rode like a dream.

The site layout made finding the bike I wanted extremely easy and shipping was quick even by pandemic standards. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, not sure why this site hasn’t taken off yet

Still haven't gotten my bike. It's currently sitting at the UPS location in my town. It shipped from Topos about 5 days after order was placed abd was at my UPS facility the following day and was scheduled for delivery the next day. Driver pulled up to my house i went to meet and the door(signiture required) and he just drove off ...... no bike. Called UPS' terrible customer service and the said it would be delivered that night by 9 due to extended hrs(COVID19). Didnt come. Called again the next day to be told a mistake was made and it was never loaded on the truck and would be delivered that follow Monday. Didn't get delivered Monday. Here we are 9 days and too many hrs of useless talks with both UPS and Topos and the bike is STILL sitting there at the UPS facility. I asked to pick it up .... cant. Asked for a refund .... that they can do .... in up to 5-10 business days. This was by far the absolute worst constumer service experience of my life. And for both companies to blame COVID 19 is chicken sh**. I've ordered a lot of stuff sense this bike and everything from USPS, Fedex and Amazon has been delivered on time if not ahead of schedule. Will not be making a purchase from this place anytime soon.

Tried to get ahold of them about my purchase for 2 weeks, then find out the product i wanted was out of stock, I got my refund for the product but i was still unsatisfied with the customer service, even with the covid-19 pandemic i have had other companies during this time be diligent enough to contact their customers and let them know about their products.

Topos Outdoor impressed me from start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate. It was simple to compare bikes in the price range I had for my budget and I found the right fit with the right parts in the Haro I selected.

After my order I contacted customer service to find out how Covid would impact my purchase, the lady was awesome, she gave me the exact shipment date which was spot on.

I have told more than 5 people about the exceptional service and savings I received buying through Topos, hopefully they see more orders coming in from Texas.

My order said it shipped but then I received a refund without any email communications. Order kept saying shipped. I found out later that the bike was not in stock. The website still shows bike is in stock.

Simply put well worth the purchase. Bike was just as described. Looks fantastic, handles great, and super excited I made the purchase. I’ve been looking at after market kits to add to another bike but through research decided to give this a go. I’ve only had it a few days but looks to be well made to handle the many miles I dream of putting on it. Shipping was super fast in my experience but can’t speak to others experiences I’ve read about. Either way it would be worth it. My only negative outlook would be getting a hold of add ones which seem to be in short supply. Great advertising for this product out there...hats off to the marketing dept. Glad to be part of the “super squad”!

The customer service was terrible. My account was never updated. I called and emailed service times to check the status of my order but never received any response. Yes I know we are dealing with COVID19 however if you are still open and selling merchandise, you should communicate with customers.

Was super excited to get my bike. I understand the delayed shipping due to covid but the customer service was non existent. Emailed 4-5 times and finally over a week later I got shipping confirmation. Bike came in expected shape and was exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I reviewed so low was because customer service should be a top priority when running a business.

I ordered two bikes, heard nothing for several days and then finally two days after contacting customer service I found out both bikes were out of stock and was told I would be refunded. Now, a week later, the money still isn't back in my account and I have no bikes. If they were out of stock I should not have been able to make the purchase to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the entire experience so far.

Great experience ordering from Topos Outdoor. Bike was exactly as described and pictured. Shipping did take longer than expected, 2 weeks, but other than that A+.

I place an order and don't hear from you guys and I call to find out that the bike was out stock and now my refund not in my acct yet.

Struggled to get ahold of them numerous times to figure out when the bike would be shipped. Not very professional. Got the bike 2 weeks after ordering. Box was pretty banged up when it arrived

I was just excited for a bike I bought. Then they told me it was a test bike. They said they shipped it. Refunded. Bummed. Oh well.

Thank you for my bike. I would have given it a 5 star but during assembly, the front brake wire cable was wrapped around the frame to a point where i could not assemble the handlebar.
