I ordered on a Thursday evening, order shipped on the following Wednesday (they say 1-3 business days to ship) and received order on the following Tuesday via UPS ground. I’m in NJ.
They emailed me that it was out for delivery and again when it was delivered. Items (handlebar bag and feedbag) were well packed and I’m very happy with them.

Long delivery time

Overall very good experience
Overall very good experience. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was taking longer than expected to receive my order seeing as how I only live 100 miles from the store. I called and discovered that the gloves weren't in stock and they were transferring my order from a different warehouse. I would have liked to know that up front when I ordered. Other than that good selection, good prices and good customer service.

The purchase of my daughter's new bike got off to a shaky start. What we ordered was no longer available. But, customer service kept in touch daily. They ended up shipping us a new 2020, instead of the 2019 I purchased, for the same price as the '19.
