Fantastic customer service and great product
I recently ordered an expanding file case that was was not delivered on the expected due date and so I contacted Top Quality Shop for assistance. Lee Roberts responded to my email immediately and was able to confirm that the package had been mislaid by Royal Mail and he arranged for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. In the end the original package was delivered (several days late) and Lee gave me the option of keeping it at no extra charge. As well as being delighted at receiving such great customer service I am also very happy with the product. This was the first time I have made a purchase from this company but this experience means I will definitely shop with them in the future.
