Very sturdy product, very pleased with it

I recently ordered an expanding file case that was was not delivered on the expected due date and so I contacted Top Quality Shop for assistance. Lee Roberts responded to my email immediately and was able to confirm that the package had been mislaid by Royal Mail and he arranged for a replacement to be delivered free of charge. In the end the original package was delivered (several days late) and Lee gave me the option of keeping it at no extra charge. As well as being delighted at receiving such great customer service I am also very happy with the product. This was the first time I have made a purchase from this company but this experience means I will definitely shop with them in the future.

I was looking for Magi Clips, but it didn't help that I didn't know what they were called!
When I eventually discovered them on Top Quality Shop, my problem was solved immediately - despatch was almost instantaneous, followed by prompt Royal Mail delivery.
The only other comment I would make is that your profile is not very prominent on Google and it took considerable searching before I found the product I was looking for. I'm sure that you could attract more business through raising your profile. Even when I found your site, it was not immediately obvious where this product was to be found. In hindsight, perhaps "storage solutions" might be a logical heading, but was not my first thought - filing accessories was my first thought.
I am not using the Magi Clips for magazine storage but for organising choral music for concerts, for which they are just perfect - perhaps a marketing opportunity for you?
