The item i ordered wasnt the issue, i was super happy this store has the item i was looking for after it was sold out on its original website, so thats great! the not so great part is when i received the package, the packaging was so bad i mean the item fell out from the back of the box when i picked it up and brang it inside, im not sure whos fault it is that the packaging was so bad, but my review is ONLY on the packaging, not their service. kyousuke helped me out and everything , was patient and polite . great product, authentic and everything, only issue? the packaging🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I placed an order with Tops and Bottoms on the 14th April for a pair of Hoka shoes, and they arrived on the 27th April. On trying them they were to small so I returned them on the 28th, with a tracking receipt. Since I hadn't heard anything, I then had a email stating that the refund would be put in my bank. When I checked nothing went in and still hasn't as from today.
I have continued to email them on the 4th, 8th, 11th June and I've been ignored. I either want a refund or a bigger size (7)
