An impromptu visit to Topp Tiles the other day. Ended up buying some coloured silicone. I was served by Ahmed, who was very helpful and supportive in the advising on colour matches. Ahmed was professional and understood my needs very well. I would recommend visiting Topp Tiles in Brentford. A team that knows their product very well.

We were struggling to make a decision, but Josie came to rescue and her advice and knowledge is second to none.

I needed some tiles that where out of stock the chap went out of his way to get them for the next day and also offered lots of advice he was very helpful

The Staff at Topstiles Darlington are amazing, the service that they offer is outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

The Northallerton tops tiles store have been amazing such good customer service so helpful and when I needed my tiles quickly they sorted it for me with no fuss. The delivery was cancelled due to the van breaking down the store were quick to sort it out and it was delivered same day just 5hrs later. The tiles look amazing in the en-suite. 10/10 well done to the staff the customer service is just amazing.

I ordered some tiles and the process was simple and easy. Three days later I received a message to call them (Shoreham by sea branch) and on the seventh time of calling I got an answer! They ask me to call as my tiles were in stock. Had the message said they were in stock, I could have had them 7 telephone calls earlier and a day sooner!

Ordered a trim online on clearance (£2.99) for a small job. A staff from Watford branch gave me shiny one instead of the brushed one on my order (Not on clearance) Didn`t even realize at all as can`t see properly on online pictures and wasn`t really important for the job too.
Later just needed 40cm more so ordered another one and went to pick up few days later.
Of course correct item this time but they wanted me to pay the full price (£21,99) even though they knew its not my fault that been given the wrong one in first place.
I have asked why do I need to pay the mistake of your staff, managers smile gone straight away. They said with trade discount they can only do £11,99.
I had to pay that to finish the job on the day but they didn`t get the real reason behind the problem and this review!
Why do you asking someone to pay more for something caused by your staff and showing the face like "it is what it is"

Had new hard wood flooring installed throughout my home.. Required underlay and wooden panelling as it’s an old building. Amazing job from start to finish. In store were helpful, informative and helped me make the right choice on my budget. When it came to the fit, everything was perfect. Lovely guy (Adam guscott) worked amazingly well, super polite and stuck to schedule. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Such a breath of fresh air 👏👏👏

Jack and Peter were at the Old Shorham Road outlet amd were great. Enthusiastic, polite, helpful and not over the top. We spoke to Jack more than Peter who managed to be charming without being sickly which is a rare attribute these days.

Really went out of their way to help me locate some particular tiles. Its nice when someone really tries and doesn't just say if ts not on the shelves we haven't got it

Tops tiles Thurmaston - friendly knowledgeable staff, offered expert advice and guidance. Really know their stuff and their products.

Warning if you're having tiles delivered you will get them on a pallet that the driver will refuse to take. No one told me I would be getting a pallet that I have to dispose of with my very small order of tiles.

Tops tiles in Croydon. Excellent customer service. I was served by Clive & Sharna today. I asked for two small tiles to be cut and Clive did it for me straight away even though it’s not a service they actually normally offer. They were both extremely helpful, professional and nice. These are the small things which makes a customers keep returning time & time again. Great experience and fantastic customer service all round. Thanks Clive & Sharna, you were both great.

I went in to this shop to get some advice on a tile that I wanted , I did not get any help from the assistant who just bad mouthed the last shopper for having kids in the shop , while my 4 year old was standing next to me . I have had bad Customer service from this shop before , and should of learned
