I had been playing a game they advertised a promotion with. I was skipped over for the reward. I contacted their support team and was told I needed to wait 3 business days. I now waited and they basically told me nothing they can do with them not tracking something. So I got screwed out of a bonus by them after them coming up with delays. Got Banned Without Cause
What a joke. They banned me for 2 weeks for poor quality. I emailed them and asked them to give me examples of poor quality, as I was answering questions truthfully. No response. Then I checked again on the day the ban was supposed to be lifted only to find that I was now banned forever. Just a generic response as to why like before. When I tried to close my account and re-login to ensure that my account was gone a brand new account was opened under the same email!!! Avoid this company.

This site when playing the games is a scam. As soon as a player reaches a certain level, they stop crediting you with the level and stop paying you. If you submit a ticket, you receive a laundry list of questions, then your ticket is closed. If you submit another ticket with the requested info, they send the same closed message indicating the info requested wasn’t provided. It’s a lot of wasted time with little to no reward.

Who could possibly be having a good experience for this site? Spending hours to make mere cents?
Also being kicked off surveys after you've already spent 20 minutes doing what was supposed to be five. I think they're complete scammers and I do not recommend this site to anybody!
REPLYING TO THEIR REPLY:
No. It was not "occasional" that the survey would end without paying me. I'd say it was 10 to 20% of the surveys I attempted to do to make some meager earnings. I spent hours and hours answering questions on your site and in the end I barely made $15 over the course of several days. You already sent me the same cookie cutter reply each time I complained to you about the surveys. I really hope no one else wastes their time on your site.
