I don't understand why people have a good experience here. Why is it that I can literally take an ENTIRE survey, and THEN get kicked out? Is it possible for someone to clone my screen and take my survey earnings? This is ridiculous, I get kicked out every single time!

These surveys that I took were all about my race and questions about my children. I thought I would be reviewing goods and services, not forking over my personal information. Beware, may be doing surveys for the government!

Other sites you do their surveys and get rejected a lot. I say 10 surveys get rejected and then on the 11th you complete and get a small reward. NOT WITH TOP SURVEYS. NO REJECTINGS BIG PAYOUTS and that's the TRUTH. I Love this site.

Surveys are time consuming and don't pay enough.

The survey never actually gave me a survey to complete. The only questions that kept coming up, were my age, household income, whether or not I had children under 18, and my state, and zip code. I never really got to an actual survey. Kind of disappointing.

Started off great got my first payout no issues then the app stopped tracking my game play , can’t do surveys can’t even cash out $5 it was good now it sucks. Have sent 4 emails only vague reply

I dont know how this company can have these ratings when they are scammers. They block your account without telling you the reason, they dont even say its blocked. They just dont let you withdraw your funds and you just stay in limbo, literally been having this issue for over a year. Its just a scam company, I wouldnt touch it if I were you.

I sent a complaint about a reward pending asking for advice on what to do for a chime reward I started I was only asking for advice when i finally received the reward I tried to cash out it was thirty dollars and then next thing I know I'm banned forever it says! The worse thing is it can't do any similar steps with chime because i already did it on top surveys and received no reward for my time it's still in my account and still can't get the money earned.

Does a survey that states 18 minutes im there for 4 different surveys telling me not eligible to then get sent straight to a 35 minute survey, simply stop the survey and let us pick a new one instead of looping around for not a single reward, this is stupid to deal with cause im told 1 survey and im told a set time and i get there can be a few minutes here and there discrepancies but not a whole 17 minutes longer. Technically could have done a whole other survey with that added time and again not a single reward

Tried to get my first $20 payment transfer to my bank. Says it was done and I haven't received anything and no one will help

I don't really know what to say about a half like this I mean they pay you for I definitely cash that with them they definitely do pay you it's just so hard for me to keep focus on doing these surveys for like 12 cents or 24 cents 32 cents some of them might be $2.88 I don't know but most of them are under a dollar but they do pay

A pleasant and wonderful experience with compensation or alternative surveys if the one selected is rejected. Hope the great experience continues.
