Avoid. This app is a complete scam. You waste your time and provide your information completing offers and surveys over a long time.

Topsurveys are liars and thieves. They steal your time, information and earnings.

Constantly reviewing accounts. And then when you've reached required amount for any reward. They block you. And you get 'techincal error, contact support'.

Customer service lies over months (since Nov 25 now), and with promises that my account will be restored soon and reviewed.

They use constant lies and excuses.

And then messages don't go through, so they ignore you.

Please don't waste your time here. Compete scammers. Look at other surveys apps.

I don’t care what anybody else has to say. Do not waste your time on this app. It will track you one minute and then not track you for the highest paying levels or a purchase you’ve made and then we’ll start tracking you again and when you spend $19 and they owe you 1033. They’ll give you a one time courteous of one dollar because they didn’t track me so they just don’t owe me the 1033 but it’s track me again now once I hate paying no more on the app and they’re only have to pay me 30 $.40 at a time yeah , I’ve got any proof you’d like to see . Email me !

You all kick me out the platform

I have been trying to get customer support to help me for three weeks. No one will answer me. I kept getting an error message when I cashed out so I was not able to get the money I actually earned. I just deleted my account.This is by far the worst survey site I have ever joined and will not recommend to anyone. There are much better survey sites who will actually pay you the money that they owe you
After months they give me a generic answer on this site. They would not give me an answer for the weeks I tried to get help. My account met all the requirements they just did not want to pay me. I deleted the app there are much better ones that actually pay you

Ok so I've tried every way to cash out and it just says ERROR. Giftcards...ERROR. So they are scamming people.

This app is totally worth the time and energy keep up the great work guys

I had a very disappointing experience with TopSurveys.

I selected an offer for PlayIO – Deposit and Spend 15 EUR directly through the TopSurveys app, exactly as instructed. I carefully followed every step: I clicked the offer through the app, created the account, and deposited 15 € using Apple Pay. I also played with the deposited balance as required.

According to the instructions, I should have received 23.49 € as a reward after completing the task.

However, the reward never appeared.

I contacted TopSurveys support and provided all requested information and screenshots, including proof of deposit and proof that the task was completed. After several messages, their final response was that the offer was not tracked due to a technical issue, and therefore they cannot reward it.

So in practice I lost my 15 € and received nothing, even though I followed the instructions exactly.

This feels extremely unfair. If users complete tasks exactly as required, they should not lose money because of tracking issues on the platform.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious with these offers.

The scammers will block your account when you reach the withdrawal limit, and the positive reviews are fake.

Everytime I do a survey it says three minutes but it lies and says 10 minutes longer when I get approved to do a survey I tried to do a dollar it says I'm not qualified and you guys use ad and say people do your survey they won't disqualified you with the survey it lies to me

Just like a lot of survey and game apps they started out great, but as time goes along and you get to the bigger money the site starts having problems and they can't seem to help you, when you talk to them it's always someone else's fault. They are the ones who put up the prices for the accomplishments so they should honor them. So in closing the site like most is good for pennies, but not so Great for Dollars.

Banned I joined earned 5 pounds requested payment banned instantly I answered all them surveys correctly and honestly it's all on video I will be uploading it to my YouTube channel.
