Ordering was a breeze. The shampoo I was purchasing is hard to find in my area, and even more so now during the coronavirus lockdown. Price was very reasonable. Had a minor issue at the end of checkout with my confirmed shipping address, but a representative took care of it quickly. Thank you for such a pleasurable experience!

I was excited to receive the Tummy Time Water Play Mat I ordered. It was a gift. I was impressed with you staying touch regarding shipping as well as how quickly it arived.
I was pretty disappointed with the cost of shipping....it was excessive. I think you need to work on that. Mine was nearly 50% of the item I purchased!!!!!!!!
