SCAM!! The sellers loaded mange times on my gaming account, then the loader requested a refund on he’s purchasing platform. Witch result in a ban on my account and was required to pay the money back to get the account open again. Scam!! Don’t ever use them!

This site is a scam! Don’t try purchase anything! I made and order and was in direct contact with seller, once my payment got tough I was ask to send pictures off personal id and credit card!!

I ordered and paid for rubies for my Doa acct on Friday. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received them. I live chatted with a rep once on Sunday and she stated it could take up to 2 days. So I waited. I emailed the company from the info on my paypal and never received a message. I attempted to live chat them again but I had to leave a message because not reps where available. I never heard back from them. I just tried to live chat but the person never spoke back. I'm very disappointed!

Just to make everyone aware, don't purchase anything from TOPVIPGOLD, we play KOC and purchased gems from this site, give them there due they delivered with 4 hours. But 24 hours later they removed all the gems from my account, at the start when I contacted them, they said they would do everything possible to return the missing gems and promised to have them back in my account within 24 hours, but as the days went on, they wouldn't reply to my mails or even talk on the live chat. Lucky I paid with PayPal or I guess my credit card would have probably been wiped out too.

Note I was not the only one from KOC that this happened to within the last week

There prices are the best you'll find anywhere.( I've checked)! Quick loading times! Loading times are even quicker if and when using there live chat feed. Like i said 5 star service with a smile. This company asks me for my credit card and photo id on a photo even thought I used paypal as the payment option!? isnt the reason people use paypal is because its secure and witholds personal stuff from the company you are buying from?? This company refused to give me my gold and said they would "refund". Their "boss" is to busy to make a decision on whether to do the refund or give me my gold.. So now my money is lost in paypal dispute limbo... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY.

I bought gold for Eden Eternal back in October 2013. I asked before I paid if they were in stock and if they were online. They told me yes and yes. So I paid. As soon as I paid I was told that they had gone offline. I bugged them everyday for either my gold or a refund, and the online reps always told me they would refund me when the boss is in. UPDATE: THERE IS NO BOSS. So I tried to go through PayPal for a refund. They shut me down because they do not refund virtual goods. It is now a couple days shy of July 2014 and now when I try to contact them, they just ignore me completely. I have not gotten my money back, nor my gold. Please go with someone more secure like MMOOK. These rates are a rip off anyway.

This site is a scam! please do not purchase anything from this site. they will tell you over and over the same thing every single time u talk to them. They will tell you that they have what ever it is that your buying full stock. once you pay they will tell you the supplier isnt online and you will have to wait. then if you ask for refund, the only person that can do it is their boss who is for some reason on vacation everyday every hour never there but tells them what to do all the time. i opened up a dispute on paypal and all they keep telling me to do is close dispute and they will give me refund or gold back. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!!! DO NOT CLOSE YOU DISPUTE IF YOU PAID THROUGH PAYPAL! If you close your dispute you will not be able to reopen the case and any chances that you might have had for getting anything back will be gone. and i dont know if it only happened to me but shortly after i purchased my gold. They blocked my IP address so that cannot even go to their site. and when i still got into contact with them they lied about their website being hacked and they cant lod into when clearly i just got on the site fine. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE DO NOT BUY. ANYONE POSTING ANYTHING GOOD ARE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM AND EVERYTHING THEY SAY IS FLASE!

Scammed for 12$ (paid through paypal). Never got the money or the goods. Asked them about it multiple times and even though they assured me that they will deliver in 15 minutes or in one hour (and they said it pretty much every hour), nothing happened. Excuse was always the same. Their gold supplier has issues with game client. Every day? Really?

After I opened paypal dispute - they asked me to close it or they won't refund. Eventually paypal refused to refund me (cause they are bunch of morons) hiding behind their rules that they don't refund virtual goods. Laughable. There have been numerous times when paypal refunded virtual goods. But yeah, I got bad luck and stumbled upon a retard employee. Anyway, stay away from this chinese scammers. Unless you like being lied to and loosing your money.

If anyone is posting something positive...its the company representatives. Because this place will steal your money period! After talking with the rep she will tell you over and over how either that they will have your gold soon or that the boss will refund you when he gets in....they will repeat this over and over but you'll never see a signle coin or dollar from them again.

The customer service responded very fast, no lie. They checked the stock for me, replied with an answer within 1 minute of checking with the supplier, and as soon as I bought, they contacted the supplier. In less than 5 minutes I received the gold. Will definitely buy from this site again.

They first wrote that there had some gold in stock and they said that their supplier was online, After paying them the money through paypal they said that their supplier had some problems with the game right after the payment transaction was done and asked me to wait for 2 hours more. 1 day later they said that they had no stock in the gold and wanted me to wait until they restocked the gold. Scammers with all kinds of bullshit reasons. Do not trust this site.

I asked if they have in stock AOW Golden Kirin Liang and they said "yes 10000 liang"
Janny said "after the payment write to me"
So after the transaction was done, she said "wait a moment, I'm getting a supplier for you" and after around 15 minutes she came back and said "sry for the wait, he can't launch the game. Please come back in 2 hours"
After 2 hours I came back and asked if he have fixed the game but she replied "not yet, please wait a while more". So I did wait for 1 more hour and went to ask about my order. There was another operator that asked for my payment email and I gave her.
She said the supplier is offline right now.
What do you guys think about it?! OFFLINE?!
I said that Janne told me he's fixing the game... and she(Alice) replied: "Yes, he was fixing the game and now he's offline"
I asked for the refund and she replied that he boss will refund it in 24h.

OKKKK.... Now the reasons they are 100% scammers:
1. They have only 1 supplier?! wtf -.-
2. They asked for payment before even checking those stuff... WhyTheF!@# to sell?!
3. Boss if not there to refund?! rlyyyyyyyyy?
4. How did the operator checked the liang if her supplier cant get in to the game?! And even if they write it somewhere else, how it can be accurate then?!

Conclusion: PURE SCAM 100%

Went through chat support, they stayed with me entire time until gold was delivered. About a 10minute process start to finish! Will buy again

at first i thought its a good site, bought gold a few times at amount of 30 euros everytime for 4 times and the deliveries were just 10-30 mins.

then the last time, same amount, i asked if they hv gold in stock and the supplier is online for fast delivery, affirmative, then i ordered. Talked to live support after 1 hr, they said supplier not online, then everyday i go check at live support they just give me the same baba reason. After 7 days i asked for a refund, everytime saying boss not there. I open a dispute on paypal, they refuse to refund/delivery. and guess what, i closed the dispute (because paypal doesnt cover this kind of transaction anyway even a reclamation wont refund youside) live chat just tells me to wait they ask boss to refund now etcetc 30 mins later they just said boss will refund u later because he is in a meeting lol NEVER BUY FM THEM 100% SCAMMER

This gold seller suck, they keep asking your for information about yourself. They even asked me to provide a scan of my credit card in order to complete the in-game gold transaction !

Now, I opened a dispute in PayPal against them. And they :

- Ask for closing the dispute then refund, do not they know that a dispute can be closed automatically by refunding ? It is obviously a scam !

- Pretended the boss is in "vacation" before claiming the dispute. Somehow he returns from his "vacation" right after I open the dispute so he issue orders to the representatives about how to solve the issue.

- Never cooperate. It is crystal clear that the only way to get your money back is either to escalate the dispute to PayPal claim or to ask your credit card company to charge back !

- So annoying, they never stop hassling you with too many stuff, most of them are unrealistic, like asking to scan of your ID card, credit card, your phone #, in order to refund, cancelling dispute to get the refund, sending E-Mails to them from your payment mail
