This site seems to be a scam. I ordered a D20 over a month ago and they do not respond to emails . Ima protest w visa and hope they get cut off.

I just received a large order of dice from Masters and Magic. Love my new shiny cool looking math rocks, shipping took nearly two weeks to aus but the quality was most definitely worth it.

I have purchased a lot of great sets from M&M. Their dice are my favs, they always stock a cool variety of colors and styles.

Similar to another review on this platform, the company agreed to a refund for me and then refused to answer any further emails or messages to their Facebook platform from me.
The dice that arrived were good, but I had an issue with their site where it crashed halfway through payment and did not confirm an order, so I placed a new order. Both eventually went through and though I emailed immediately after, I did not hear a response for over a week when they said they couldn't help as the order had already been shipped. They confirmed they would offer a refund if I shipped the dice back, but since then I've heard nothing from them. I will be taking my complaint further now I know they make a habit of this.

I have purchased from M&M a number of times and have loved each set I have picked up from them. Customer service has been great when I have had an issue and the dice sets & colors I have got from them are beautiful. I keep a spare set sitting on my desk just to look at. Shipping times can vary from 1 to 2 weeks but i assume this has been because of everything that has been going on this past year. Very happy with what I have received from them and continue to be impressed with the styles they have.

After receiving the dice I was unhappy as the pictures represent on the webpage were nothing of the quality received. The set of 7 dice had numerous defects for the price I paid this is completely a waste of money.

I emailed them and they eventually responded that the quality received is what it should be. I asked if i could get a refund. They said sure, send the dice back to us and we will refund you. I asked them to send the return address to me.

It has been nearly two weeks and I have sent multiple emails to them and received no reply since.

I am furious that I waste my money and have not received a refund.

Eventually gave up as the customer service was terrible and clearly did not care.

I had a positive experience with the company. This has been my go to for metal dice sets since, I believe they manufacture them. They have a lot of beautiful designs and their customer support has been great anytime I have needed to contact them about shipping information they have replied to me swiftly. Will be using them again.

Ordered $50 AUD dice in April and was told to contact them for a shipping/tracking number so I did using the email that was provided on their website. I never received a response.

I was advised in that email that they "didn't want me to think I was being scammed," however, I do believe there was a level of scamming involved.

I found the same dice (using the exact same pictures that Masters & Magic use) on AliExpress for cheaper.

And once I got the shipping number? Well, it turned out that the shipping number was an Ali express one as well.

But they had told me earlier that they needed to "cast new moulds" as they make them in house. Now I'm not sure I believe that anymore.

Update: 10/09/2020

The dice never arrived, however, I was offered and received the full refund. Checked the tracking number and apparently there was an attempted to deliver but no further communication from them, even though I followed up the same day.
