They always have the best selection and prices. Also, have a ton of cool exclusive figures all the time. The shipping time is pretty quick as well.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service.Our package was not delivered after.It was said it was delivered to the address.We called customer service and was told that the items would take 4to 6 weeks for a complete review of the claim through fedex.And if fedex is found liable, then they would send the original order since this was a big part of the christmas gift.It is extremely disappointing with horrible customer service.Considering the money that was spent. If this issue isn't resolved.I think this will be the last time I will purchase through this.Website

Pack of absolute Scumbags they rip u off with Ridiculous charges for Postage from USA to Australia example they tried to charge me $236.20 postage for a cpl of Aew Figures and a small wrestling ring which is a Complete Rip Off on top of that they couldn't even explain to me why they were trying to RIP ME OFF so l cancelled the whole order THERE LOSS !!!!

Purchased an action figure from their website of my mom‘s favorite wrestler for her birthday, then received a message from the company demanding that I take a picture of my debit card and photo ID because of suspected fraud. The total of the purchase was $28… Absolutely unacceptable!

A shame because it looks like they have really good products, but I will never give them a dime.

The package was shipped quickly but it arrived damaged and no bubble wrap NOTHING was even used to protect the figure inside the box and the shipping box was fine so it must have been packaged up damaged from Ringside Collectibles that way.. I am not an opener I like to keep them in the packaging to get signed etc.. but this one isn't worth keeping unopened now because of the damage.. HUGE Dissapointment!.

Terrible Company avoid at all costs l purchased a $300+ WWE Wrestling only to recive incomplete it was missing a item and all Customer Service could do was blame it on the Makers Matel and told me l had to contact them to get the missing part even though l never purchased it from them l bought it from these SHONKY PEOPLE!!!

They just ignore you if have any kind of issue. Buy elsewhere.

They always update you on time when your items are shipped.

I've lost 1200€ I place my order and nothing happened.

They take my money and they tell me that is impossible to give my money back because they don't see my payment. I have proved it with a screen on my bank app with the amount and they do nothing for me. I just ask to have the order or my money back it is all I ask.

I ordered two items totaling little over $100 and I never received my items nor will the refund the money. This is essentially theft and they don’t care because they “file a complaint on my behalf to the delivery service”. So, I’m out of the money AND merchandise.

Based in the UK. Parcels almost always come very quickly. Never had any issues personally and use roughly ten times per year give or take

Always deliver my orders in good time and in good condition. If ever any exclusive items to Ringside or the US, I will always order with Ringside!

I made two orders. The ad says they ship out mid December. I get two emails saying they will now ship out in January. False advertising! I want my money back!!! Do not buy from these people. I have the BBB investigating it for me.

This company is disgraceful!! They ripped me off with delivery charges over £250 duty care!! I also paid these delivery charges from the get go for my orders so and they charged me double in all by fedex!!! Ringside collectibles is disgraceful!! 👎👎👎
