I have ordered from here multiple times and its always been seamless. Good products, good prices, ships quickly and gets here in good time, considering im on the other side of the country. The Crossing Core 2.1 (or 2.2) is probably the best erig per dollar. Get the grenade perc and you're set!

I MADE AN ORDER APRIL 29TH . I WAS TOLD MY ORDER WILL COME IN 3 -8 BUSSINESS DAYS . AFTER THE 8TH BUSSINESS DAY , NO UPDATE . I REACHED OUT AND THEY ASSURED ME MAY 13TH DELIVERY . MAY 13TH CAME NO UPDATE . I ASKED AGAIN , AND THEY SAID SORRY IT WILL COME MAY 15TH . STILL MAY 15TH CAME NO UPDATE . I AGAIN REACHED OUT THIS TIME SAID IT SHOULD COME MAY19 ,GOT MY HOPES UP NO UPDATE . ASKED AGAIN THEY SAID MAY 22ND WITH A :) . MAY 22ND CAME NO UPDATE . AFTER 7 DELAYS I HAD ENOUGH . THEY WOULDNT TELL ME WHY THEY JUST KEPT DELAYING THE DATE . FINALLY I GOT FED UP AND CALLED IN . AFTER A MONTH OF BEING JERKED AROUND BY THIS COMPANY I CALL CUSTONER SERVICE AND CANCELED MY ORDER. THIS WAS THE ONLY EASY PART OF THIS WHOLE PROCESS . SO DONT HESITATE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER SOONER THEN LATER OR YOULL BE WAITING A LONG TIME . AT LEAST TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT IS GOING ON . DON'T KEEP PROMISING FALSE DELIVERY DATES . Very easy to use website
Very easy to use website, one popular product was sold out as my order was placed but Nik S reached out to ask if iwanted a different colour of that product or refund. I understand these things happen so took another colour and responded back as such. Nik S then updated order and got it ready for shipment and was tracking it through process until it arrived. I will reccommend this company to others and will have no problem using them again in future.
