I ordered 2 products

I ordered 2 products. An Arizer Extreme Q and an Arizer Air SE. The parcel arrived within a few days and was actually delivered to my door rather than to a warehouse for me to have to find and drive to, so that's a plus. The Extreme Q is a satisfactory tabletop unit that I'm happy with, so that's also a plus. Unfortunately the Air SE is entirely unsuitable as a portable device. I had to use it for a few days in order to arrive at this conclusion. Unfortunately, TVape is refusing to allow a return and is refusing to issue a refund, for that reason. They also engaged in giving me the run-a-round, in conjunction with Arizer, with both companies rejecting responsibility for the product before finally accepting it was under their responsibility - only to then reject my request for a refund on the Air SE.

Why is the Air SE a substandard product? Because it burns too much energy, requiring constant removal of the battery to charge it. I have extra 18650s, which would last for days in other devices I have, under constant use. But in the Air SE, they last for maybe 50 minutes, if that. The Air SE shuts off automatically after 10 minutes, which is barely enough time for the element to heat up sufficiently to produce vapour. So you might get 5 sessions out of one battery charge. Each session is a challenging and frustrating ordeal of babysitting the device, opening it while hot to check on the herb or replace the herb, waiting for fresh herb to heat up sufficiently, only for the session to end on its 10-minute timer. Often you get nothing off the device during that session and have to turn it back on for another session to try again. You often get nothing off of that session either, and are spending the whole session waiting for results, troubleshooting the device, changing the battery, changing the herb, adjusting the settings, etc.

Unlike most vaping devices, there's no way you can use this as a portable device which you can put in your pocket or a bag and take outside with you. Even if you bring extra batteries. It requires too much babysitting, and the element, which is partially exposed, gets too hot - it might burn through your pocket or through your bag unless you let it cool down first.

The instructions in the printed booklet and on Arizer's website are effectively useless. I had to ask AI for useful answers on how to set up and use the device.

I now have this device that I'm completely unhappy with and no plans to use.

Therefore, I have to leave this 2-star review, because the negatives outweigh the positives.

I do not recommend the Air SE if you are looking for a portable device. It is wholly unsuitable as a portable device. Avoid the product, and I would also think twice about ordering anything from TVape, since their return policy is extremely strict and unyielding. You need to be 110% sure that you want the product before ordering it.

TVape and Arizer can keep my $75, and in return, I keep the piece of junk, and leave this review instead of a positive one.

Regarding the Air SE, we’re sorry to hear the device did not meet your personal preferences and expectations. After reviewing the troubleshooting completed with both our team and Arizer directly, the unit was confirmed to be functioning as intended and no manufacturing defect was identified.

Portable vaporizers can vary significantly in terms of session style, battery consumption, heat-up behavior, and overall experience depending on the design and user expectations. While many customers enjoy the Air SE for its simplicity and replaceable battery system, we certainly understand that it may not suit every user’s preferred usage style.

As the device had already been opened and used extensively, we were unfortunately unable to accept it back for a return under our hygiene and used-device policy, which applies to all customers and is outlined prior to purchase.

That said, we do appreciate the feedback regarding the documentation and overall user experience, and we’ll make sure it is passed along accordingly.

We’re sorry again the Air SE was not the right fit for you and do appreciate you giving us a try.

$300 down the toilet...

Bought 2 vapes, a puffco smelling horribly yet somehow unreturnable, and a utilian which broke down after a week. Unbelievable nonsense from these people...

Regarding the Puffco, after you reported the smell concern our team provided troubleshooting steps, as new vaporizers commonly require an initial burn-off and cleaning cycle before first use. We unfortunately never received a follow-up response afterward regarding the outcome.

As for the Utillian, we were unable to locate a corresponding purchase or any warranty/support request related to a defective unit under your information. We also attempted to reach out multiple times but did not receive a reply.

Our team is always happy to help troubleshoot or process warranty claims when issues are reported to us directly.

It’s taken weeks to not get my small…

It’s taken weeks to not get my small order and delivery and I’ve written an email to customer service and no one has responded. So id pretty damn disappointing since I bought a flower vape from you guys already id expect better service and communication.

The online shopping experience was excellent in both price and assistance with the online salesperson very helpful, but the location for pick up could use some love... I do understand this is a delivery business but you let the front room get run down. Happy though overall
