Good guys and great customer but…
Good guys and great customer service the only thing that bothers me is if you say on your web that you have stock and I order and afterwards its not like that they don’t have it and have to go directly to the manufacturer and they ship it to me why not say so? Seems to me that they don’t really care for their web to be updated.

Thank you for your review. Our site does in fact say when we don't ship it from our own warehouse. All products which ship from the manufacturer are listed as "Ships in X days", where X is 1-2 in almost all cases. We also calculate shipping rates (if not free shipping) and shipping time from the manufacturer's warehouse since that can be on the other side of the country in some cases.

Package had a Hand sanitizer burst in the box and it got onto most of the other parts. Other then maybe packaging liquids in sealed bags to prevent that from occurring again. I was very satisfied with my order.

Didn't list compatible cars
Ordered a fuel rail and it stated it was for a 4g63 but DID NOT say it was for an Evo and I needed one for an Eclipse GST so of course it didn't fit my engine. Hopefully I can resell it and get at least some money back. Parts need to be more specific for fitment.

Order DEI 010003 wrap which is a non…
Order DEI 010003 wrap which is a non fiberglass wrap made with lava rocks. What I got was a repacked wrap which was made from fiberglass.
Trying to sell premium DEI product but provide cheap header wrap that definitely was not DEI. Misrepresented product.

It was definitely NOT DEI's titanium wrap, the stuff was fiberglass!!! Cheap crap ended up tossing it.

Please call us at 415-767-6905 and ask to speak to Tim. We are a DEI dealer and this is from DEI in original packaging, exactly as they send it to us. DEI has two types of packaging for some of their wraps: 1) in a plastic box for display in a store or 2) shrink wrapped rolls, which is what you got. You are welcome to call DEI and check that we are a dealer. There was NO misrepresentation. If you are unsatisfied, you can return the product to us.
