Poor quality product putting horse and rider at risk
I bought a bosal with inter grated reins was used on my horse once reins snapped and it was held together with one inch carpet tacks and brown parcel tape emailed the company with photos of said product i asked for a refund and was ignored I stress to anybody do not buy from this company as they use substandard products produced cheaply in India wish I could attach the photos just to show you the bad quality I am now been ignored by the said company

The fly mask is great
The fly mask is great. I only wish there had been a better size chart. But it fits my shetland pony well and she is very happy to be protected from the flies. The quality of the mask is very good, indeed. I am very happy with my purchase. The communication with the shop was very good also.

Very bad service and poor quality product
Very bad experience, the quality of the product is not as what they show on the photo, it looks much cheaper as "top quality" , and it stamped "made in china" to instead "made in Italy"!!! I'm reported wrong size of my article , i proved it with photos and ask for refund but after few messages exchanged there is no any news any more, i even don't know they are going to refund me or change the article for me or whatever, there is no any answer any more !!! They are just completed ignored this "after sell service"

We had ordered a riding vest to protect the spine and a surprise snacks for our horse. For a long time the rider feared it would hinder her riding. Recent back pain changed her mind. She told me that this riding vest is hardly noticeable and still gives the feeling of good support. She is very happy with it. The lovely horse that she rides is also very happy about the snack. It seems to like the snack because it keeps begging for more. I'll probably have to order again soon. And therefore, too: the delivery was fast, everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
