Great service resolving an order which was unfortunately damaged in transit. It happens occasionally, but was well handled and replacement didn't take long.

Great service!
I was looking for something specific - a mix of some Spanish beers to be delivered to someone as a gift.
Not only did TotalDrinks have exactly what I was looking for (rival sites just sold whole crates of one type), they even let me add a message to the recipient. All in all, a great experience and I’d use them again.

I was in too minds as to whether I should order a bottle of Rum through the internet or continue waiting for it to appear in the shops. I am so glad I ordered from Total Drinks, as it was easy to order, about the same cost as I would pay at a shop, and it arrived quickly and extremely well wrapped. Great service, Thank you all!

Awful service
Half of the order did not arrive. Called the same day and told they would call back tomorrow which they didn't. I phoned two weeks later and was told the same thing and still waiting. They did however email to ask how they did which is funny I held off reviewing to give them a chance but now fed up. AVOID

I tried to place an order for some miniatures, but it would only let me add 1 mini.
The online chat person had to update it so I could add more. I asked about delivery, I was told it's 5.99 but when I got to the delivery it was 11.98, double.
When I queried this with the online chat I was told that I'm doing it wrong!
I said I have no control over their site. How can I change it?
Whoever I chatted with said I can't fix it now.
No name was given, just Total Drinks.
So I do not trust this site.
Unfortunately I never got any apology, but I did get a link to view the chat.
I bought elsewhere with zero hassles.
