Good value for money but a shame it wasn’t free delivery and on the advert the bottles have a long neck but when I received them they only had a short neck. I prefer the long neck but I was still happy with my purchase

Misleading on what you’re ordering
I ordered 2 afternoon tea hampers. After receiving I noticed missing items from both hampers. It appears on the website that you receive the hampers in a box ready to gift the hamper. The box I received it in was merely a delivery box with delivery stickers and marker pen (not something you can give as the hamper). I emailed the company for answers to the disappointing order. The response was it says on the website that stocks may run low, meaning you won’t necessarily get what you ordered. And I’d have to purchase a gift box even though it’s sold as a ‘hamper’.
Terrible service. So just to inform people, you won’t necessarily receive what you think you’re ordering.

As I said in our emails earlier today, I am very sorry you are unhappy with your order. We clearly state on the product page that if a customer is not happy to have an item substituted, they need to let us know, and we will cancel the order (if there are stock issues). This particular gift set contains products that go out of date extremely quickly, and depending on orders (if we have more or less than usual), we can sometimes run out. It doesn’t happen often, but unfortunately, it did this time. I promise we will strive harder in the future to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you.
